I appreciate the room amenities and equipment except that lighting ought to be better than just the lamps. When i arrived, no one was at desk in lobby. So i walked down a corridor calling out, headed to other side corridor. Eventually person showed up. Staff at desk are unable to provide info on shops in area within walking.

Property dirty, my room was in bad condition that thyr moved me to another room, coffee machine didn't work, and the curtain fell, staff aren't helpful, they don't pay attention when you talk to them, overall reality bad.

Easy in and out. Plenty of parking.

I thought the place was closed because there was NO furniture in the lobby and there was nobody in the lobby... (no guest, no staff, no nothing). Then someone came out of one of the "closet door" and staffed the make-shipped desk (the only furniture in the lobby) and said "may I help you?". I asked if you guys were open, and she said "why wouldn't we be...?" and then I replied... "because there's NO furniture in the lobby..." Everything else went well. I had a great stay.

The hotel had a smell. Old furniture although the beds were comfortable. Needs a bit of an upgrade

the service was very good and the room is very good too but the breakfast is a little too small

I stayed here one night because of a hot-water issue at my home. A minimally acceptable hotel. Staff just going through the motions. Free breakfast? Yes, but in this case you get what you pay for. The one big plus for me was the spaciousness of my king-bed room. Good amenities in the bathroom, too.

This property was being renovated. There was a card table and single employee "at the desk". The room was relatively clean. Strangely, the bathroom had no towel racks and only enough towels for one person. No vending machines and one functional ice machine. I will say the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning and elevator worked, although the elevator floor was dirty the four days I stayed at the hotel. I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel ever again.

Beware that the entire lobby is under construction. It's stripped to bare walls with construction equipment in the lobby with a fold up table for reception. It's a shock if you're expecting a warm welcoming decorated lobby. This is not disclosed on the hotels website nor on hotels.com

I would like more lights , parking lot area

The windows had spiderwebs. There was construction in the first floor in the noise. The parking lot in yard with dirty use some major cleaning the carpet in the breakfast area can use some update or a major cleaning.

The property is under renovation The dust, noise and hazardous lobby conditions was very annoying and at times unsafe. In addition to having to use stairs on occasions with a 90 yr old on a cane. A MESS😱

The property is under renovation, so the lobby doesn't look like a hotel at all. The staffs also not in uniform. Otherwise, not much to complain.

Renovation on the hotel

The hotel was being remodeled but the room was in excellent condition. Courteous staff, no noise from other guests. Walking distance to Lazy Dog and BJs restaurants. Great location to highway and other shops. Can't wait to see when its finished from remodeling.

This place is under construction, which didn’t bother me but, the staff at this place was terrible, exception of one. From the front desk clerk to house keeping, so rude. My questions were ignored, asked for towels twice- didn’t get it. We stayed 3 nights and never received any service.

I’ve stayed at this hotel prior the renovating project is it overtaking. However it seems to be going very slow the renovation. The rooms are clean just it always seems like it attention right away

Construction was going on for renovation all 3 days that we stayed there.it was extremely noisy and disturbing.

There was NO lobby! The hotel is being renovated and looked like a war zone. There was no note or warning about the renovation on the website when we made the reservation. They charge $150 per night including a $50 incidentals. There was no shop or dining to charge for incidentals. The checkin is in An empty room with dust and broken tiles. A single laptop on a dirty table.

The property is located in great location, and breakfast was provided as advertised, however they began the foyer, lobby, entrance renovations on the morning after my family’s arrival. Jack hammering began promptly at 9:00 am daily. Alll customers had to walk over jack hammered chips of tiles and deep cement indentations. My three room booking for a week included disabled Srs to navigate with canes and was assigned to rooms with low boy toilets in which they fell and needed my assistance!, when I asked to relocate I was informed that no other rooms were available with high boys. ( except my room 319) The north side exit entry to the pool also under construction, leaving no recreational access. There is no Trash nor maid service available on weekends. While waiting in the lobby to request fresh towels on Sunday as the desk remained unattended for overr 10 minutes of pacing….. I approached and open the glass office door to find the clerk and manager looking at me through the smoke glass doors. I witness several guest angry and cancelling and leaving due to the mass chaos. I flew family from around the US to attend two graduations and I am eEmbarrassed, FUstrated and extremely ANGRY and Disappointed in the dusty mess we return to on a daily basis, with limited Inernet and NO Television …..and because I have one additional room for THIS next week the construction and disruptions is STILL Ongoing and I cannot cancel due to my reservation is with Expedia! Worst

Good property, just some construction within the hotel was going on. Also breakfast wasn’t up to standards

Large room, fairly comfortable bed. 'Standard ' breakfast the first day. Due to a scheduling conflict, combined with the renovation going on, we got a breakfast bag the following morning. The Fitness Center was adequate for my needs. I hope all the work will be done soon. It was quite noisy during the day.

It was close to the area we were going the next day. The property is clean and quite.

Entrance under construction. No staff to be found when arrived. Staff dressed unprofessionaly for this level of hôtel.

After reading few reviews I was concerned but our stay was excellent. I saw the front of building was being under construction but the area was nicely and safely separated from the temporary front desk. Our room was clean and felt very comfortable. Love the pillows and the bed. I would stay here again for sure. Employee was friendly and very accommodating.

There's renovations going on so things a bit akward but things were still good overall are AC needed some work very noisy but unit is old also parking lot needs some repaveing
