Extremely clean. The smell of bleach or the cleaning solution was a bit overpowering but was better by day two. I would stay again but probably bring a candle or room spray, which I usually do but forgot this time. 😁 Service was excellent, friendly and helpful

We went to Universal and we needed a place to stay the night and this was close by, clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked the fact that had a pretty decent big pool but the weather did now allow, maybe next time. The staff was quick and helpful. It is next to the freeway and it can get a little noisy, but overall it was great.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was great. All the staff I talked with were helpful and kind. The room was very clean and spacious. I was on the first floor, near the pool, and it was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from the floor above me. You could hear the cars from the freeway, but not enough to disturb anything. The grounds are nice and secure with good lighting and cameras. I felt very safe there. I enjoyed my time at this hotel.

I booked this flight from the airport as I was taking off to see my critically ill (and subsequently, gone) father. The room was clean, it was quiet, despite being by the pool. I didn't eat at the location because it wasn't open very much. I had the peace and quiet I desperately needed though, and for that I'm grateful. The TV was a little hard to figure out, but I was pretty exhausted. Smoking section was far away and outside with no cover, but that's really about it. Staff was friendly. Place was clean, nicely remodeled room.

Easy check in and out. Really nice, clean and better than expected. Went on a family trip and rented 2 rooms. Everything went well and I recommend this hotel.

Close to the airport was good.. they have security and cameras so felt very safe. only reason I didn't give it 5 over all was because our room was right next to the laundry and the staff was loud etc. at 8am.. ugh. but everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. The should air out the room after cleaning. Its a bit strong smelling of cleaning products.
Idk if it was room cleaning or something but 5am someone nearby sounded like they were cleaning or doing maintenace.
Fairly quiet overall, ac fan is loud but works great. Hot water was low in the morning but great in the evening. Bed is comfy. Mini fridge included was nice.

The room was nice but it was so loud due to the airport and the freeway being very close. The pillows were not comfy at all. Our facet was also not working well and was almost out of the wall in the bathroom. The price was right and it was in a good location.

The Ramada was by far the best hotel we stayed in while in the California area. The outside does not look so great, but the area was safe and well lit. The staff was working incredibly hard to keep all inside areas neat and clean. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of keeping the rooms spotless, and smelling great. The check in staff was just as nice as well. There is a shopping area right down the street with plenty of places to eat and a Walmart nearby.

It is an older hotel which has been updated but there is a smell that didn't go away. I sprayed perfume to mask the odor but it wouldn't go away. Like a dingy, mildew smell not comfort at all.

The room was clean and comfortable ,however it was very noisy. It is right next to the free way. The shower running in other rooms is very loud.

Everything was great! I would say excellent until the middle of the night I went to the restroom and idk if it was a roach or a water bug but it was neat the toilet. I left the light on in case it was a roach. I killed it. But I got kind of grossed out that they were around me. I’m assuming it came from the bath but i don’t know.
