Gorgeous well maintained hotel. Our beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very lack lustre and kind of uncomfortable everything very low and bad lighting. The bath tub was super shallow and would have been like laying on the floor. The pool and pool deck super gorgeous and a great and special feature. A unfortunate surprise is that the pool is unheated which could be okay in the summer months maybe but mid September was not ideal and so disappointing because of how gorgeous and fun it could be. The staff were absolutely wonderful so polite and helpful

Business hotel in a central position in Calgary. Very convinient valet parking underground. The only drawback is the noise from the Ctrain streetcars (but fortunately their frequency diminish in the evening).

property is old. cottage cheese ceilings, doors that don't close all the way. Needs renovation.

Stayed for a work trip and was impressed by the speed of service and cleanliness of the room.

Staff are lovely and parking option was great. It was quite noisy through the night although i was near the elevator . Older hotel but good price so that's to be expected .

For a quick sleep in between activities, this hotel serves its purpose. There is underground parking to make things convenient for your stay. Our checkout was quite easy as the hotel staff was very helpful in getting our car for us.

The only reason I booked this Hotel was for the outdoor pool. Extremely disappointed due to the location there was no sun with all the higher buildings surrounding.

Great location and staff

Sadly in need for upgrade! Had to bang door to close, electric outlet in corridor plastic broken, carpets and bedspread sign of wear. Bathtub plastic “ Armrest” cracked. Bathtub floor did not feel slip preventible. Had good rest and sleep but would not return.😩😩.

If you aren’t fussy about a place to stay but want to be near downtown, this’ll do. Some feedback we had: 1. When booking, we believed the property description meant there was parking available. Turns out, there is for a fee. And there wasn’t any available for us when we arrived. Ended up paying $25 just to park until 7:50 AM at the next public parking lot. Unexpected expense. 2. When going to shower, there was a used leftover face cloth. There is also no fan in the hotel bathroom (not a huge deal but no circulation). 3. The central air was not great. Room got super hot and stuffy overnight. Did not make for a good sleep. The hotel itself was basic. Staff were fine when checking in. Nothing to boast about. At least the bed sheets looked clean.

NO AC THE ENTIRE STAY. WE WERE PROMISED A DISCOUNT AND THIS NEVER HAPPEND

The fitness centre and pool patio were fabulous! There is NO STAIR ACCESS between floor 2 and 3 because they keep it locked and the elevators are so slow. The ground access from the stairs was not clearly marked and you had to go through the kitchen?! Did not like that at ALL! Old building with locks that didn’t always work properly.

Staff are very accommodating and the room was well cleaned. Good job!

The staff her are amazing! Super helpful and very accommodating. Clean, quiet (even with my room being right off of the pool). And the pool was a really great addition to my trip. WILL stay again!

It was one of my worse experiences staying at this hotel. The staff were unprofessional and rude. I would never stay in this hotel again and yet will not recommend it to anyone.

Decent for the price. Showing its age in a few areas but nothing major. Bed was a bit lumpy.

Find a better place. Booked a jacuzzi suite for anniversary, we checked in quite late in the evening. The room appears to have had so much water damage (wall paper was torn and had a 5 foot water damage peeling off the wall) doesn’t appear to have been updated in at least 20 years. Side tables also very bubbled and damaged. I’ve stayed in $100/night motels that were in much better condition. Let the service desk know about it the next morning and was moved to another room. Other room was in better condition, but the tub was so loud we could hardly talk at a normal level, so we decided not to turn the jets on. Major disappointment, especially for the higher price of having a hot tub in the room. Find a different place to stay, this hotel is just milking it to the last drop.

I will never stay there again . Room was dirty, fridge was barely above room temperature. No air conditioning. Terrible place

I usually stay here when ive been drinking downtown and cant drive home (different city) Front desk is always super chill and nice to me. Will definitely try the pool next time!

It’s located downtown Calgary and I’d close to some amazing restaurants. Offers underground parking and easy access to transit. The room was clean but too warm and you could hear the transit system.

Parking was difficult to find

Broken air conditioning that looking at other reviews has been broken for a while. It was 30 degrees when I was in Calgary which made the rooms unbearably hot. I would expect a partial refund.

Very noisy, flush wasn’t working and they didn’t change our rooms cause house keeping fixed jt temporarily, carpets were so dirty, lamps wasn’t working, pillows gave neck sprain, AC was so loud

The hotel is in a good location and has underground parking but there are limited spots and no alternate parking if the lot is full. The air conditioning situation isn’t great as it’s pre-set at 20. The rooms are very outdated and old looking and our room smelled like smoke.

The AC didn't work for the first half of my trip.
