Our hotel room was very dirty. We got there and pulled out the sofa bed only to find a slim Jim wrapper and stains. There was a dark red stain on the carpet that was questionable. There were crumbs in the bunk beds under the covers. I opened one of the drawers under the TV to find a toothbrush and toothpaste. The TV did not work, it only stayed on one channel, it couldn’t be changed. The check in and check out were easy and we had no problems. Overall it seemed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned and that they do not care about the cleanliness.

very nice room, except bathroom door would not shut. it needed adjusting, which seems like a minor issue that should have been addressed. standard sort of breakfast, except that coffee was particularly weak. better quality coffee, a bit stronger, would be appreciated

The problem with your hotel is the bed and the chair in the room. The poofy bed topper is hazardous. Older people cannot get into the bed and can't reposition or get comfortable. You cannot sleep in the chair because it is retro 1950's. So my husband tried to get in the bed and couldn't stay. He tried sleeping in the chair but couldn't even with many pillows. So he slept at the desk with pillows under his head. That worked the first night. He tried that the second night but fell out of the chair and scraped his arm up pretty badly. So, if you want older people to stay at your place get a few rooms with a firm regular mattress not too high off the floor and a recliner so people can actually get some rest. Nancy Waltermeyer

I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was very modern and the TV in my room was the largest I've had in my travels. The easy chair in the room looked good but hard as a rock. The AC was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaints were the breakfast and the staff (only met woman at the front desk). She wasn't unpleasant but she wasn't friendly either.

We really didn’t stay any longer than to get a good nights sleep. There was an outlet shopping mall across the street, but we didn’t take the time to go there. Great breakfast and breakfast area!

Breakfast was very skimpy. Biscuits & eggs, no gravy. No meat. Supposed to be pet friendly, but didn’t allow my pup in with us in the dining area. We ate outside in the smokers area. 😕

People were pressing their car alarms till 1:30 in the morning walking back and forth till almost 2 am in front of my window with the alarm going off on there phone. And I have to be up very early to be at appointment at U of M hospital. Not a respectable place.

We arrived after midnight with tired kids and needed a good sleep. It was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable and the woman at the front desk was accommodating and quick for a late check in. Facilities outside and breakfast looked well looked after as well but we didn’t have a chance to eat or swim.

Only stayed one night, but would have stayed longer if needed. Facility was clean, comfortable and they offered an outstanding breakfast selection. Booked the day of the stay and regardless check-in was smooth and easy. Very nice surprise as this hotel was a good value while offering an high level experience!
