Our stay was very good. Got checked in a little early. Room was perfect for us and on the main level and close to the entrance.
Only complaint is at 6:00am, whoever or whatever was above us, sounded like a herd of cattle going across the floor for over an hour. Not exactly sure what was going on above us. So maybe main level isn't always the best. :)

The front desk was courteous and friendly. Outside was well maintained, the lobby was clean, and I stayed in a ground floor one queen room. It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Only very small negatives the parking lot is very small and when I checked in it was 85° outside and the room A/C was completely off. I understand for cost and energy saving purposes but it was very warm in the room and luckily I only had to drop off my luggage before leaving for a meeting so I was able to turn the A/C on and have the room cooler when I returned later on for the evening, otherwise I would have been very uncomfortable trying to unwind after my roadtrip & meeting.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. It is convenient to the Turnpike, but is far enough away to be quiet. It has good staff, good rooms and good food.

We were attending a wedding nearby, so it was very convenient for us. It was all fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. All the basics +.

Uncaring staff. Though smokeless, my room reeked of cigarettes. All light bulbs so dim the hotel is very dark. I kept trying to turn on the bathroom light and realized it was already on! Breakfast selection was bare minimum.

The hotel was just ok. The room smelled weird, the bathroom was TINY and the sink’s faucet was so wobbly that touching it moved the faucet side to side. We could hear people running overhead during the night and the bed was uncomfortable.

Whole hallway and room smelled like cigarettes. I feel like this hotel continues to go downhill. Started staying here in 2010, and it was great.

Management was great. The room was modernized and very comfortable. The only suggestions: Pool bottom was slimy, needs cleaning. And the ruffle sheet under the mattress at the head needs cleaning. And the volume control on the remote would not increase above a very low setting. Other than that, a nice place at a reasonable price.

My stay would have been completely eventless if I wasn’t woken up at 2:00 am and 6:00 am both nights of my stay by my room vibrating and the continuous loud sound of a water pump blasting. I had to call to the front desk to have them shut it off every time they graciously turned it off every time. I would have preferred to have not been placed above such a loud area in the hotel. The hotel was clean otherwise and the staff was nice. I just didn’t get a lot of rest.

Only complaint is we were told the pool was heated. Unfortunately, the water and the pool room were both very cold.
They found our granddaughters sleep bear after we checked out and held it for our daughter to pick up.

You had a nice lady at the front desk who was very helpful. However, due to being placed in a room between the elevator and the area above the lobby area, we asked the guy who checked us in if we could be moved. He was nice to move us BUT, even after we stated that we didn't want to be in a high traffic area, he placed us in Rm 107; which was right inside the hallway, on the other side of the restrooms, vending machines and the door that must had been slammed shut 100 times between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:30AM. Needless to say, our nights were long and without sleep.

We were given a handicapped room on the ground floor. When we opened the room there was a musty smell. We opened the windows immediately to air it out. The room was adequate. There was a desk, fridge, occasional chair. What we really did not like was that the maid had made the bed tucking in the sheet and blankets so tightly that we could not pull them up padt our waist. I slept with a sweatshirt on because I could not get the covers over my shoulders. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.
