Didnt cleaned up my room, and my room phone wasnt working.

It was a decent enough stay. Wasn’t there for long, just stayed the night for a hockey game. Can’t really comment on the amenities because we didn’t use them… Will def. Book again, it’s a good option for a cheaper than downtown price, and a decent stay. Very friendly, helpful front desk attendant also.

The chlorine smell from the pool was abit too strong for me.

Pretty nice room, comfortable bed and walk in shower. The shower wasn't too bad, could've been cleaner but the rest of the bathroom was nice. The hotel overall has a decent appearance

Long walk to elevator, had to push door when entering room to be sure it closed properly and pull shut when leaving , Water ran slowly in toilet at all times

When I checked my mom into the room. I over heard the front desk saying the security people needed to man all doors and keep an eye on the Indigenous people coming from the bombers game. Make sure they walked into the establishment quietly. No slamming doors and remind “these people” not to be loud. I seen these men walking all around the hotel very aggressive and staring down people. I found that very disturbing because how aggressive the men were towards these children and adults. What I witnessed was the children and the adults coming into the hotel.. they looked tired but happy they experienced their first bombers game. I did not hear any loud noise. It’s Very discriminating to assume Indigenous people are going to be loud and go in and out.. when MKO paid for young children’s flights and paid for the hotels to attend the orange shirt Bombers game. Not very reconciliation of Victoria Inn. What they did is against reconciliation and they judged Indigenous people before they even came back from the Bomber game. Also I didn’t like that the security guards Asking what floor I stayed and where I was going. I know the hotel paid them to protect the establishment but they are not paid to discriminate. That is against the human rights code.

Victoria Inn is our go-to place to stay. Enjoy every aspect of our stay. One slight issue with our breakfast…it was good , just not to order. We could’ve returned it but we’re on a tight schedule. We spoke with the server and she mentioned a “communication” problem.

Hot shower not working, and also one lamp wasn’t. Building kinda bad. Staff was okayish.

We travelled 8 hours to get to the hotel. When we walked into the room, the smell was foul. The smell was so bad it gave me and my partner headaches. We complained to front desk, they sent in housekeeping who claimed “smell was not bad”-they also sent in maintenance man who claimed “he didn’t smell a thing”. I called requesting to be moved to another room. They said housekeeping said it was okay after spraying disinfectant in the room. They also said I can only be moved to a standard room at the same price (I booked a deluxe room). Nobody was any help our first night!!! They did move us the next morning to a theme room. We went check the first room to find out it was a broken toilet seal! We had to sleep in a sewer smell room - with NO refund for our first night!! Ruined my whole trip. I cut it short. I was not happy with the service. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend Victoria inn to anyone.

It was a pretty good stay. Would’ve been 5 stars but the construction in the other room was loud and woke me up early.

We very like the Indoor Pool and childs friendly and the Staff is very friendly

Stayed here one night right before our flight took of. Close to airport. Hotel offered free airport shutlle service, even in the middle of the night.

Old and dingy not updated. Very loud you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and every door closing. Would not stay again

Check in was a breeze. The staff were very helpful. Shuttle service was awesome. The room itself was good, clean and amenities were as advertised.

Everything was very good except the security did not come up to my floor even though I know there supposed to be regular patrols walking through the building. I had an individual from the first nations reserve that is situated to live there due to the forest fires up north try to get into my room several times. Finally I took care of it myself and had to subdue the individual. Still no show care from the security staff as they in fact had to have seen it all on camera.

Location is great. Hotel should be able to sell bus ticket so I do not have to walk 700 metre to the 7-11. Not much dining option around besides other hotel nearby. Pool and spa was used by children while I was there so did not use the spa. Overall, carpet should be deep cleaned (or replaced) on the 4th floor). rest was good.

Very comfortable beds fell asleep fast, clean and quite a lot of fun for the kids. Staff was very helpful for our large group.
