Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived with mysterious stains on the toilet seat. Stained carpets in room, damp smell in the hallways. Woke up with scattered itchy bites all over my legs and back, it seemed like bed bugs bite when I searched it up…Breakfast was adequate, the coffee was good.

The hotel has a very good price, but shower was liking all night, toilet flush slow, air conditioner with a lot of noise.

The staff were super helpful and kind. The place was clean. But there were cockroaches everywhere In the room. You can tell it's an infestation that's been there a while because they are in every corner of the room

Bedding, TV, Large towels and coffee maker was good except the pillows. The carpet throughout the property needs cleaning and replacing in areas.

Checkin was good, then we get to room, we had to use our shoulder to open door, Room was very dated, bathroom shower had mold in corner and ceiling long patched up sections and cracking. Hair on toilet seat and floor dirty. Bed was ok, no one had dusted headboard in a long time. Couch had stains, worst hotel I had stayed in ever.

This hotel is very outdated. I walked in my room and it had such a bad smell. The bathroom was horrible, the tub/shower was pealing and dirty like the never updated it or cleaned it. The toilet was also old and nasty and barely had pressure to flush.

Was a great stay room was nice and spacious. The staff was pleasant and the location was great. Pool was nice and the breakfast was decent.

Deceiving ad stating airport shuttle when mentioning 10 miles from TPA. DOES NOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE TO OR FROM TPA!!!!

Enjoyable stay, easy check in. Room was very spacious. The bed was a bit harder than most. And the Netflix or Amazon button on the remote did not work, and when my son was hooking up the PlayStation the WiFi would not let him connect. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be back as it is a decent distance to Tropicana Field but out of the way of all the crazy traffic.

It was for only 1 night after an entire day of fishing with the family. The front desk gentlemen were extremely friendly and super welcoming. The hotel could use some updates but over all it was a great stay.

Pretty outdated and in need of a lot of work but honestly, the service we got from every employee we interacted with was worth it! They were extremely accommodating, went out of their ways to make us feel at home, and made it worth the stay!

They were super helpful. We just got off our cruise, my husband has Parkinsons and he was completely wiped. They were able to get us an early check in which allowed him to rest. Everything was clean and the staff was accomjdating.

The hotel was outdated,carpets in the rooms,dining are stained, washroom tub was stained and leaking, couch in the room are dirty and stained, no exhaust fan in the washroom.breakfast is poor,banans are brown color. Not much selection of breakfast.

Staff was very nice, but it is really inconvenient that your room does not get serviced (cleaned, towels, trash removed) unless you call before 8am or when you check out. There was a cockroach on the wall in our room, the carpets smell, and the bathroom is disgusting. Pillows are small and useless. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, the poor girl refilling the food/ supplies & cleaning up could not keep up with the slobs of other guests, she could definitely use help!

Nancy and Ed really welcomed us with open arms. They met our hearts desires! When we come to town again and need a hotel to stay at it will definitely be at the Comfort Inn. Thank you for accommodating my family with all that we needed.. Sincerely The Allen’s ♥️
