Nothing about hotel made me like it.

Staff made false info about hotel being closed due to storm. Said that they are all told to evacuate. But that was a lie.

Friendly and courteous staff. The cookies are a great touch.

The elevator was offline. Instead of offering to help move gear and equipment upstairs as a courtesy for the elevator being offline, it was offered at an additional charge. No courtesy was offered outside of an initial apology.

Breakfast and the staff was great!

The hotel is aged. I don't know who are the people who said it's super clean with superb facilities, I read and trusted their review! It didn't make any sense when I arrived and saw my self. We had a nightmare at first night with the bathroom and toilet. I claimed for a refund. The carpet inside is filthy. The sofa smells like pee (really). Some people smoke joint or something and that's why the entire elevator stinks. One dreyer out of two at laundry room was broken. We needed to move all semi wet clothes to another one. I would give this hotel 3 point

We told the hotel someone was smoking Marijuana in the pool around our softball players no one did anything besides say the girls were to loud in the pool. Will never go back ever! Hotel had roaches, bed bugs and horrific breakfast. The staff besides one gentleman was rude and non helpful. They had homeless people running the halls and sleeping in the lobby at night. Really horrible hotel never again

customer service was outstanding , that was the only good thing , hotel was overpriced for the quality , bathroom was , broken , i cant said dirty but rusty bad condition, shower was horrible , the inside carpets were old and dirty , bed was uncomfortable and the duvet smell old , the hotel looks nice from outside and the lobby was nice too , but it was really overprice for the quality of the room, i paid $234 for one night with $200 deposit , no worthless at all

Breakfast was amazing! Rick at the front desk was beyond phenomenal such a gem y’all are lucky to have him. Check in and out was a breeze.

The front desk clerk acted as though she cared. She stated that they were sold out prior to the confirmation from Booking com and said it was Booking.com's issue. I reserved two days prior to the stay.

They could not provide a room for us and referred us to Comfort Inn, which we had to pay more for since it was last minute and only had rooms with two double beds, instead of queens - also, it wasted over 2 1/2 hours of our vacation and really got my wife upset.

There is a charge on my card for amenities that should have come off my card by now and it is still there. there Really was not anything to buy so I do not understand the hold. The American Flag out front needs to be replaced. it is tattered and faded. Be PROUD! The "smoking area" Gazebo was full of Marijuana leavings. it could use some TLC out there. The mattress was horrible! the most uncomfortable night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel.
