I am coming to this hotel on a regular basis for 4 years now and for business purpose. This hotel is ideally located in from of the train station, rooms are comfortable and clean. I had to complain several times for the cleanliness of the glasses provided in the room. Some months ago, I went down to the front desk and brought a glass, the manager on duty was almost shocked that I was complaining for this. This time the glasses were not only having drying spots, they were really like "oily*. On my way for dinner I showed this glasses to the front desk, there the clerk told me please show this to my boss she is right now at the restaurant. What I did, and the reaction of this woman was really surprising "I do not allow you to approach me like this"!!!!! No sense of customer satisfaction at all. The I had my dinner with a welcome drink (offered by the hotel), a glass of white wine. I choose my dish, a fish, I ordered then a mother glass of white wine. I have got the fish but no wine at all. I tried to raise the attention of the (old) waiter but he didn't react. When I finished, he finally came back and asked if all was ok, then I answered "I haven't got my white wine", he answered " I forgot it", the I asked for the bill, 3 minutes later he came back with it. I could read 2 glasses of white wine... I asked him Why this???? his answer was "I brought them to you"!!!! I had to claim loudly to get reason. This is totally not acceptable for such an hotel!!!! see picture.

Great location. Very accommodating reception staff

We had issue with our first room. But our 2nd room was great they gave us a balcony which we enjoyed. Food was good.

We booked a studio room with kitchenette. There were hardly any supplies (no cups, no glasses, no kitchen knife, …) and the equipment that was there was still dirty (coffee stains, food rests, ..). There was no detergent to even clean any of the dirty stuff ourselves. Apart from that the hotel was okay but quite outdated and the facilities that made the hotel look attractive (roof top bar, spa) were closed. Rather disappointing stay given the high price we paid.

The hotel is located right in front of the train station which is very convenient. From the room, I couldn’t hear the trains or the traffic outside, so you don’t need to worry about the noise. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom although it was a bit old school was also clean. The staff at the reception was welcoming and helpful. Overall, I had a good stay

great hotel, excellent location, across the road from the train station, close to the lake, lovely lakeside promanade. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is very convenient across from the train station and a short walk from the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, and the buffet breakfast in the historic dining room was above and beyond expectation. A few little comments for improvement would be that there were only two pillows in the room both of which were so worn down that it was almost like not having one. They were very accommodating and provided two additional pillows upon our request, but those were not in good shape either, which made the stay a little less comfortable. The mattress however was very comfortable! There was a muted buzzing sound that happened about every five minutes seeming to be just outside the room - but we got used to it. Not sure what could be done about that… Lastly my husband was looking forward to using the fitness room, but some of the equipment was out of order and there were just two light free weights. With a little attention it could be much improved. One more note that we were traveling with our small dog and found the hotel accommodating in that regard. Thank you!

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was great for travelling around. Lots of shops and places to eat and drink. Very close to the lake and train station.

Nice family room. They have 2 bathrooms. Although quite old bathroom but very clean. Breakfast has enough varieties and nice quality food. Staff in restaurant during breakfast are very friendly especially for the lady that was there on xmas morning. Location perfect just in front of train station but still very quite. Lovely view from our room.

Fantastic relax department with 3 saunas and an outdoor jacuzzi. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow and the staff didnt feel very attentive to their guests. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable and disconnected several times when you were in the room but worked fine out in the facilities.

Fantastic hotel!. I'm staying here every time. The staff is extraordinary - pleasant, helpful, getting things done. You have conference rooms for business meetings. Lovely spacious rooms.

The room was big and quiet, the reception helpful and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Just the breakfast was a big disappointment: Awful coffee, small choice of food and terrible service. The waitress tried to ignore me and my coworker and hardy spoke English.

I made a mistake, usually I dont take any breakfast and I did the reservation without it. Once at the hotel I have been asked if I wanted it and I accepted it. By the end of the stay I didnt use it the breakfast at all, and correctly they felt like charging it, but by the end they understood my situation and they have been kind enough, not to charge me. This by the time I did the reservation without and as I havent used it.However, the réceptionist has been pushy and strong on her point. Only when I accepted to pay it for not having more troubles, she stepped back and decided not to charge me. The situation was a bit unexpected and ruined a bit my great opinion at the real end. Either you charge it or you dont charge it its fine to me, but dont create a théâtre in the réception.For everything else, rooms are clean, a bit dark, very nice bathrooms, great location and you are in Montreux in 10-15 minutes either by train or by bus.Thank you for everything!

Stayed for 2 nights during Montreux Jazz Festival. Very convenient bus and yrain service. Nice rooftop bar with views. Staff all very helpful. Possibly a little dated. but thats really stretching for a negative. Didnt eat at hotel so cant comment.

Fantastic location and great hotel

A very enjoyable stay for our party. Location, facilities and staff were all first clas.
