It was covered in fruit flies and I had absolutely no warm water in morning. I'm not saying it wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm.

We took a family vacation and the stay was average, but I was very disappointed with the room. The pictures of the room was deceiving making it look much nicer and newer than it actually was. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it had a dingy/musty odor. The carpet was very dirty and disgusting. My kids walked around in their socks and they were black from the carpet dirt. There were cobwebs everywhere inside on the walls and vents and the ceiling fan did not work. The shower on the loft floor did not have water pressure and the shower on the bottom floor kept turning off and on. I just did not feel like the room was clean at all and felt very uncomfortable in the room. The front desk staff were not very friendly. Every time I wanted to change my towels they questioned how long I am staying and why I need so many or why I even need clean towels at all. They said they could only give me what I return dirty, like an even exchange. The one day I went to get new towels, there were none and I had to return in the afternoon and there were still none when I returned. The pool was nice, but towels are nowhere to be found and had to go to the front desk for them which again questioned how many I needed. Breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly.

Blood stains on the bathroom carpet, shower faucet barely worked, only decaffeinated coffee in the room

more than expected. Clean and comfortable. One man at the desk was borderline rude but the rest of the staff were fine. The first night the internet did not work. When told front desk he gave us an attitude. The woman in the afternoon apologized and gave us the number for internet. The phones don’t work for communicating with the hotel.

We checked in. The front desk staff was helpful. We went to our room. It was not clean and some of the furnishings were stained. We were very disappointed in the condition of the overall property as well as the room. It appears quite old and in disrepair as well as dated. We returned to the check in area and checked out. We were refunded the price of the 1 night we had booked. The photos of the property on Expedia are not an accurate representation of the property.

I had an overall decent stay at the Sonesta ES Suites near Providence Airport. The location is convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen area, which is a nice perk for longer stays. However, some areas of the hotel could use updating, especially the bathrooms, which felt a bit outdated. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not spotless.For the price, it’s an average stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

There multiple roaches in the room during my stay

The staff was not very nice, they did not stock towels in the piil area, breakfast was served veey early and ended at 8 am. Sime if the furniture was stained.

Stayed in a king bed room on the first floor. It was well designed and comfortable for a couple or single. Furnishings and property in general are pretty tired but clean. Very convenient location if you’re visiting the area for a while. Airport, Mall and numerous restaurants of all kinds within a 5 minute drive. Front desk people… some very friendly and helpful, some need to get a “how to smile” lesson. We’d stay there again if the price was within our budget.

Stayed in building 6. The room needs some new carpets and other small updates to the room. The door was so loud opening/closing if you have kids they are sure to be woken up. Not the most comforting crowd hanging out at night.

It was a great resort I will definitely be visiting again and I really enjoyed my room

Bugs throughout the property, clearly hadn’t been cleaned before we checked in, and the HVAC was totally nonfunctional. Extremely run down and filthy property. We actually had to leave because it wasn’t safe for the kids.

The grill was filthy , and the pool also needed maintenance , not family friendly

My husband and I spent our 33 wedding anniversary together here and really enjoyed it! We will visit again next year.

The place is old, needs updating, dirty carpet, broken things everywhere. Not given enough towels and they wouldn’t give me more at check in, had to ask again the next morning. I think a number of units have permanent residents. Lots of smoking everywhere. I wouldn’t revisit but it’s cheap enough

The location was removed from stores, conveniences. It was in an industrial area. The apartment was neat and clean but very spartan. And we were on second floor, hard to haul luggage and exposed in the rain . Plenty of parking

Spacious room. Enjoyable pool. A restful ambiance. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

It is more than a hotel room. It has a kitchen. Which is good because there are no restaurants in walking distance. The room is old but does the job.

It was fine. Not the best buy not the worst. It was clean.

The building and our room lacked of love. The floor has a major slop, the carpet is filled with stains, and the general condition of our unit and the building needs cleaning and repair.

There was blood on one of my towels There was grime all through the stair crack and looked like they just re made the beds from the last stay by the hair in the sheets

We reserved a room and told them we had a late flight in, so we would be arriving late, when we got there they had rented our room out!

Hotel is located in a strange location- among offices- but it is just a mile to restaurants and businesses. The room had stains on the carpet and burn holes in the couch. It was clean, but things were in fair to poor condition. The breakfast was acceptable.
