Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious.

Great quick one night trip, would stay again. Breakfast was a bit lack luster but for a free breakfast you can only complain so much. The cinnamon rolls and coffee were good though. Room was clean and front staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the beds was a little lumpy and leaned but still slept ok. For being a busy weekend they kept up well. Would stay again if in the area for sure!

There was a major leak in the bedroom that had a musty smell, a machine that was filled with water three times I was there (that I had to empty three times). The carpet was wet. We were not informed of this prior to entering the room. Disappointing to have to not use part of the room due to this issue.

Staff were wonderful but our room was dirty and smelled terribly. In fairness, I did not report it to the staff because it was late and I didn’t have the energy to change rooms…thought it would be ok. But the room was damp, smelled like mold so badly, the smell woke me up throughout the night. Ants in the bathroom. Lots of broken items and stains in the room. Would not stay here again.

The property is situated near highway 29. It is close to several shopping centers and restaurants. It's always clean, and the staff is always friendly. It just has a nice comfortable feeling. I sleep so well every time I stay.

Not the newest hotel ... but my room and bathroom were spotless . I arrived late and John checked me in kindly and efficiently .
The bed was great ... so was the shower .

The property staff were very polite. Unfortunately, our room had a dripping noise throughout the night and they were unable to contain the noise. Our sleep that night was a bit interrupted.
Breakfast the next morning was very good!!!

This was a last minute booking for an overnight trip. The Hotel is much older than it looks. Had to have the front desk assist with air (set to 66 to get it right!!) Smelled of cigarette smoke on check-in…again front desk came and sprayed! It did help. Hallway smelled like pot in evening and front desk attendant couldn’t smell it! So…so…skunky! Would not stay here again but grateful for the front desk guy!!!

Had to switch rooms 3 times because AC’s were torn apart with portable AC’s in place but not working, & broken AC units in the other rooms. We finally got one that worked. The carpets have stains on them in the rooms and hallways - big stains. AC units on the walls in the hallways are in need of serious service. Breakfast was lacking and the hot items weren’t very warm.

The reviews for this hotel were good and some excellent, and they also said newly renovated, but that is totally not true. The front desk lady was wonderful and accommodating and our first room was dirty so she put us in a second room and it was dirty hair under the mattress bathroom was a mess toilet looks like it’s gonna fall over carpet was dirty Q-tips on the floor so we decided not to stay and she refunded everything and she was so apologetic, I would not stay in this hotel until they do a complete renovation or cleansing

hotel - clean and comfortable and pleasant staff. Hotels.com charged me a certain amount when I prepaid for two nights. When I checked out, the hotel receipt said the bill was a significant amount less. No refund from Hotels.com. I guess when you prepay you get to pay more money. Won’t use Hotels.com again.

Great staff,hot breakfast bar, very clean. This was a brother sister gathering. Due to the great time,we have decided to meet here ever 3 months. Thank you staff for a great job!

Staff lacks communication. Woken up several times to be notified I have no reservation, but I did and asked for me to stay in the same room since I booked two more days 2 hours before check out

My time at this hotel was very short- less than 24 hours. Therefore, my evaluation is very specific.
The property provided a place to sleep.
The staff members with whom I had contact were very polite and professional.
The.condition of my room could have been better with some attention to detail. Bed was not well made, holder for the soap and shampoo in shower was not secure, no body soap. Looked like whoever was responsible opened holder to replace body wash containe and did not replace it. By the time I noticed this I was already in the shower and did not have time to call desk for help. I just improvised.

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Texas Roadhouse was within walking distance. The Biltmore Estate Entrance was very close
