The hotel offered a pleasant ambiance. The room was sizable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. It is a charming and elegant location for a getaway.

Wifi is horrible. My wife and I were bit by ants in bed, red marks all over- and the reason I KNOW THIS is because we killed two red ones before bed, then the next morning we called about it and were told "impossible" because they have someone come and check for bugs on mattresses- thats the worst, when you know something has occurred there and youre told no. Soap dispenser was completely empty I called and was told they would bring me some and they never arrived, so I had to doordash some.

Decent remodel, Decent parking, staff seemed a bit intense and most of the employees working there seemed unhappy, stressed and worried. Its very off-putting

It was pretty nice for the most part. Elevator situation isn’t the most convenient but it works. My first room was super clean but my 2nd room the bathroom was a bit iffy. The staff was pretty nice for the most part. The cleaners accidentally took my laptop and they were a little too slow and placating for my preference but I was able to get it back so no harm no foul. Overall I would stay again.

The A/C was either too hot or too cold (thermostat seemed faulty). The room was a bit dusty. The coffee was okay and the clerks were great. I did like how the parking lot was gated; security felt pretty good. I would liked to have had a microwave in the room. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and quiet for being so close to Crenshaw Boulevard.

Staff friendly and Courteous; Room Clean and Nice design, but no dining space; Outdoor sitting was Very Appealing; some common areas are dated and need attention. Overall its excellent; I definitely Recommend.

We had the need for a last minute stay. Staff was very friendly and kind. The room was well stocked, clean and updated. Nice touches include a nice and relaxing patio, fully stocked toiletries from Bath and Body Works and a towel swan! Very happy with our choice to stay here.

I really wanted to like this hotel… but it is a remodel of an older hotel. A pretty remodel, but still. Ask for an upstairs room if you need to sleep. I was downstairs, and whoever had the room above me was walking constantly with hard shoes until 2 am. It’s not a light sound, you can really hear it loud. Some of the newly remodeled features are not holding up. The flusher knob on the toilet is loose, it feels like it will come off when flushing. Shower door seal is coming loose. Towel had a black stain. Staff is very nice, they have a nice sitting area and patio. The room was clean, with modern feel. Check in parking is a nightmare. Only 3 spots. Regular parking is big once you check in to get access.

As a previous review I read said this was a "gem", I have to agree. It was a small, quaint place but updated with modern fixtures and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and they provided peppermint eucalyptus soap, shampoo & conditioner from bath & body works which I love. Towels were provided in abundance so you don't have to worry about shortages. The water in the shower was great too. Plenty of hot water. There was a nice little patio with a fire pit and comfortable seating. The staff was also great and attentive. Enclosed, free, gated parking on site if you are driving. The drawback is there is no pool and no food service but you can walk to or order from a restaurant or Wendys next door. I would definitely stay here again. It was only a mile from family I was visiting so that was a plus for me. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for someplace quiet. Somehow Hotels.com put my reservation in my daughter's name although I booked it with my credit card but the manager was able to correct that for me. The reservation and card must be in the same name. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Clean and great staff

Great customer service, friendly and hospitable and the process to get you to your room, is fantastic! Also, clean, quiet, comfortable atmosphere and the security gate makes it even more private and safe! Recommend this Hotel!! Way Better than those over priced big chain hotels where they take forever to check you in with all kinds of unnecessary details and hassles!
