There was a roach in our room when we checked in. The staff was great and very apologetic and switched our room quickly. Both rooms were very run down and had a strange smell.

Hotel room was nice if a bit tired, the staff was lovely. The restaurants and bistro were sadly disappointing. Very overpriced for very subpar food. Was also disappointed how early things like the pool and game room closed. But overall, the hotel served its purpose and we had a nice stay

Advertised as having an ice skating rink, it did but it wasn’t open

Went here for bike week and it was the nicest hotel so far!

Stay was not as expected. Room and everything was dirty. Did not know ice rink was down. Our main reason we picked this location!

Nice property on the beach however, its looking a little tired and could use a refresh.

Had a lot of amenities- it’s a family place, for sure (we were there for one night, so OK for us w/out kids). Beds were extremely comfortable. It is an older property but well maintained and as expected for a typical beach experience.

Liked that the property was very clean all around the hot tub was very nice the pools were very cold maybe a heater added at least to the outside pool. The inside pool needs drained and painted with the way the property was clean the pool looked dirty. Over all our stay was very nice.

Been staying here for years, has indoor and outdoor pool, everything we need is in walking distance and if not bus stop is right in front of the property.

Broken bathroom door. Parking in main parking lot was packed. Had to park in parking garage and walk to facility.

The room there was refrigerator and that was dirty and also when I check out on the day the lady was rude and try to call security for me when I asked why my room door doesn’t working

Upon entering our room we quickly realized it was not like the rooms advertised on their website. Somewhat similar but definitely not what I signed up for. Very old and outdated, dirty from being used for 50+ years. The bath tub looked like a murder scene. Speaking with the front desk, the very young employee didn’t seem to care. Offered a “bath mat because the tubs need resurfacing.” That was not going to fix how completely misrepresented the room is online. She gave me another room to look at, which was just as bad. Upon reading Google reviews we realized everyone was having the same experience and that management didn’t care. We didn’t push the issue further because we knew we wouldn’t get anywhere. With a small child it wasn’t worth keeping him waiting after a 4 hour drive. However I will definitely not be back and make it known how terrible this stay way. It was very dirty, outdated, beds were awful. Café was absolute trash quality for outrageous prices. I literally feel like I threw money away in this hotel. Oh and there is not handicap accessibly throw the hotel to the beach. Multiple different staircases but not one ramp. We’d have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the beach. Sauna was a joke. About 3X3ft, hardly working. Can’t check out a towel from the pool without giving up your room key.

The room itself was OK. It was old and in need of lots of repairs. Quick easy beach access. The pool was pretty gross and definitely overcrowded.

We were put on the ocean side looking at all the air conditioning and roof units when I reserved the other side of hotel. The balcony was not private and our sliding glass door did not lock or even have a lock so the neighbors/ maintenance from the roof area could have just went into our room. When we first got in the room there were tiny bugs on the counter where the microwave, sink and fridge were. We were concerned about putting our bags anywhere.

Had room on first floor next to outdoor restaurant when it closed music kept playing finally went to front desk at 1am and they said they were having trouble turning it off around 130 it stopped made sure next night the music would be off. Beds were very hard and pillows weren’t comfortable either no usb port in room to charge phone

It felt like we were in the movie the shining. Super dated…hallways are small.

The hotel is in a good location but needs to be renovated.

There was mold in the shower around the shower rod on the wall. Tub floor very slippery and almost fell twice. Housing keeping did not have wash clothes. Toilet seat was loose. Cleaning staff hard to communicate with because nobody on the floor speeking English. Hall lighting was horrible. Could not read the key card. Power to the headboard lights was unplugged.

Wouldn’t recommend. It’s very run-down place with old and mold smell. The faucet is rusted and it takes forever to wait elevator

I am happy with the choice. Place was clean and cofortable. I placed a reservation for 2 queen beds. The room had 2 full beds. Did not felt like complaining at the time. Not sure I will book again

The property is old. This is no modern state-of-the-art facility with world class amenities (Yellowed worn curtains, ancient lighting fixtures, torn screen, scratched tub, dated cable) . However it is very clean and as well maintained as possible. The staff is super accommodating and they aim to please. Parking can be a hassle, as this is a big facility with both hotel rooms and owned condo rooms above the 4th fl. It's super kid and family friendly with an indoor ice skating rink, and daily kids activities. Surprisingly with that being said, this facility was quiet and well organized. Last but not least, the ocean view was amazing.

Excellent location!! Close to everything! The staff is amazing and accommodating! The facility offers indoor and outdoor dining from breakfast thru dinner. There's no room service but ordering from lots of local eateries is a breeze. The facility is dated ( worn, yellow curtains and ancient lighting fixtures) but the staff more than makes up for it. You'll need to request room service but again, the staff is super accommodating, especially for the size of this location and the constant check-ins and check-outs. The lobby was consistently busy, however the noise level was extremely quiet and the common areas were orderly and well maintained. Last but not least, amazing ocean view. We'll be back!

we stay here every year and this time our room was disgusting, the curtains looked like they had poop on them , looked liked someone threw up under or bed . it took me going to the desk many times to get it clean , which wasted valuable time on our vacation ! we have stayed here for many years and never encountered anything like this . the house keeping is very nice , front desk not so much they acted like we should just deal with it ! never offered to move us ! we love this hotel and i was shocked all this happened .
