The bed was not soft at all, it almost felt like sleeping on wood and the pillows were the size of decorative couch pillows.

We stayed just one night while in town for a concert. We were pleased with our room and the helpfulness of the staff.

Completely stupid

AC filters were clogged with dust, found multiple signs that the only thing that was cleaned between guests is the sheets... things in fridge, dust on most things, hair in tub, the elevator barely worked and there is only one for a 4 story hotel... the only good thing was the price

A great place for our overnight stay. Clean and comfortable and has a great breakfast with many selections. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean! When I booked this reservation it was rated 8.2/10. I rate it about the same. Normally a cheaper hotel means you pay the price. I rolled the dice and took a chance! This is a great hotel for a reasonable price and I would stay here again. They do require a $100 deposit when booking via a 3rd party, so be aware of that.

Beat up doors, dirty hallways, understaffed. Staff was friendly but too few. Breakfast was fine. No room cleaning between days. Had to request additional towels & coffee at front desk.

Overall, the property was fine. The bed was comfortable. The issue I had was that there was a hair in my sink and near the toilet in the bathroom. The sheets were laundered, but there was a permanent stain on one side. Water pressure in the shower was good.

This hotel for similarly priced hotels is amazing. It's obvious that there's a lot of care and attention that the staff put into this place. I've never seen it be dirty or have a flickering light bulb even... Which most other places that hit this price point do. It's a bit out of the way but so worth the value.

The Hotel is a older hotel. Needs some updates. Elevator improvement. carpets, lights in the room needs to be upgraded. 1 light had to unscrew light bulb to shut off.

We liked the outdoor location of the property, lots of trees and peaceful. The breakfast was really nice. The staff who prepares it works very hard to accommodate guests. The beds in our room sagged in the middle and we did not have a good night sleep.

Room had black mold in it and an awful smell. When this was brought up to staff, all I got was “Okay.” Good room for price I paid, but awful condition!

Very dated facility. Also my friend joined me the second night. We asked about getting the bedding changed and they handed us it so our selves. Not sure that someone didn’t the day could have changed our one bed considering we were staying 3 nights.

We had towels in our rooms with brown stains on them, and when I called down to the front desk to ask for more towels I was told I had to retrieve them as they do not offer that service. While I appreciate that usually that service is not offered, this was clearly an issue with the hotels hygiene and I feel that the towels could have been delivered as one of us was wet out of the shower with no towel to use. The room also had very noticeable water damage to the ceiling, including stains and a concave roof. Very unclean and unkept. Do not recommend.

I stayed here two years ago and it was fine back then. The current condition hasn't chnaged and more accurately is more run down.

Better than what I expected for the price! Would definitely stay there again. Very clean and quiet, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The rooms are dated. The curtains and the toilet door were veeery durty! The towels have never been changed., we had to go to the front desk every day ( we stayed 3 nights). The coffee wasn't available all day, only in the mornings at breakfast.

Decent place but the hallways and doors appear to be quite worn out and abused.

Everyone that worked there was super nice. The room was huge. Great location. Average breakfast for accommodations. Clean. The room’s ac was set to 68, which was nice. Only cons: firm bed and the room smelled like hydro peroxide.

My husband and I just completed a 5 night stay at this hotel and will definitely be back next time we visit Minneapolis! First of all, the location was perfect. I was attending a conference at Dunwoody College and my husband wanted to see some of the sights in downtown Minneapolis (art gallery, sculpture gardens, etc) It was a super quick 6min drive to downtown, easily accessed from the freeway. The area around the hotel was quiet and we where impressed with all the greenery and beautiful trees surrounding the hotel, plus there was always tons of parking available. Breakfast was excellent every single morning with fresh eggs, sausage and bacon. You could make your own fresh waffles or pancakes and there was juice, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurts and coffee available. The lobby is very nice and newly renovated as well as the hallways, however the doors and windows are all old and creaked loudly when opening or closing. But for the price? Who cares. The carpet and furniture where newer, the bed was comfortable and it was nice having the large 4k tv for the long stay! The entire hotel, including the room, where exceptionally clean and quiet. I also visited the fitness room a few times, which was well equipped with dumbbells, yoga mats, medicine balls, bench and some treadmills and fitness machines. Have I mentioned the staff? They where INCREDIBLE! Every little thing we needed was never an issue (even when I needed toilet paper at 2am!) The staff truly went over and above.

The staff was friendly but...there were BUGS in the bathroom and the faucet in the bath leaked.

Never stay there again
