This hotel was great and the staff were outstanding. So friendly and eager to offer suggestions. The complimentary shuttle service was fantastic.

For the most part it was fine. The lobby is too crowded. It’s game day so some groups were watching the game at the lobby. The lady who checked us in was very nice. The lady who checked as out didn’t look happy to be there. Not a single smile or hi. I don’t even recall her saying a word to us. I didn’t get her name and I wish I did. She is short, with long black hair and Asian looking. After check out I realized immediately that I left my umbrella in the room so I went back to her and asked if I can get back in the room. Again, she said nothing. She started typing on the computer then grabbed a key and handed it to me, still no word. When I went back at the lobby to hand the key back to her, I said thank you. Once again, no word. She doesn’t seem to be happy being there nor interacting with anyone. Management should retrain her. Breakfast at the commodore was a buffet. For $16.95 per person, I didn’t see any difference between their food and the free breakfast that holiday inn express offer. Our server was nice. Food, Not so much. Go somewhere else for breakfast.

Everyone was so friendly and nice and even caught an error I made in requesting a king bed for three people so they switched us to a more appropriate room, and with club access as well!

Very nice, quiet hotel. Bathroom floor had some hair left but other than that it was clean and we’re happy with the hotel stay.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn location twice in the last 12 months and have been impressed both times! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. They have a shuttle service to Broadway and we have always had great service while using it. The servers in the restaurant are great as well. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Rooms have always been clean and no issues.

Room was dirty and the hotel is old and in need of upgrades, water pressure was poor and beds were very hard. I didn’t like the price of self parking for 30 dollars. Very steep! Prolly won’t stay at this location again. Neighborhood was nice and located close to spots we needed to visit during this trip.

We were quoted a price and then charged higher. I’m not including fees and taxes. So, after a week of staying there and seeing our bill, we went to the Hilton for the next week.

Room was nice. Breakfast option was great. Restaurant staff was excellent. Shuttle option was good. Need to call them beforehand even if you schedual with front desk. Front desk group seems confused about restaurants and shuttle service procedure and options.

We were in the 11th floor, the guest in the room next to ours was beating on the wall at 4am. He hit the wall so bad that he pushed our headboard away from our wall.

The first room I was assigned was rm 500
Putting my perishables in fridge and the smell of the fridge was horrible. Front desk apologized and gave me rm 506 after I got back in the room that night I tried to close the sliding bathroom door and the rail at the top was missing a screw and wouldn’t close properly. I’ve stayed there on 3 other occasions I’m an amateur songwriter and I like the songwriters night and the restaurant but to pay what I get charged for the room it should be in great condition. I’ll be rethinking my future stays

The room & bed were comfortable. The bathroom was showing its age. It was nice having the large refillable toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic. We enjoyed having access to the free shuttle to lower Broadway daily.

Absolutely recommend this as THE best place to spend a night in Nashville. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, property was clean and the best part was it was so quiet. My room was right next to the elevator and I never heard a noise.

The bed was as hard as a brick. Very limited parking, shower in room was very small.

Fun place to stay. Fun bar with live country music and great food in the lobby. Tons of positives. The only negatives were aggressive bees out by the pool that had been bothering people for several days, and no lunch or bar available until 5:00 p.m. And the bar closes early as well. I believe at 10:00 on weekdays, and 11:00 on weekends.

Our stay was great. Clean. The shuttle was great. Our only concern is that the charge for the hotel started out at 143.00 but with taxes and all other fees it the total was 223.00. Nothing extra.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and parking is easy. It was very quiet, and we felt very safe. Beds are comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is worth the extra cost.

It was good for a place to rest our heads in between 16 hours of travel. Our bathroom door lock was broken, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the sink was completely clogged. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle to and from multiple destinations in downtown which was nice. We would stay here again
