Breakfast with cold hot food and plastic cutlery

Breakfast had nice variety and was well tended by the help. Also appreciate Mr. Nye who helped straighten out a Marriott booking error.

The Marriott business model of three hotels within a single building had totally inadequate signage for guests, no explanation of the differences, who was allowed where...and most of all, the staff generally could not answer any of these questions. The lobby, largely unattended, was like a maze. Several guests each time we were at the elevator expressed the same sentiment: what the heck is this all about? Parking was way too expensive and often in a dither.

Parking was outrageous and a little far from the "center of the action" from not too bad as it was walkable and quite.

Three of us in one room, and it did not feel crowded at all. Good lighting, and lots of space to spread our things out and still have it not feel cluttered. I particularly loved the full kitchen as I don't like to eat out too often when I travel. Excellent location. This hotel was surprisingly quiet considering how loud it is in general downtown! The breakfast had a lot of options and was excellent. Highly recommend!

The pool was incredibly crowded to the point where we decided not to even go to it, but that's not the hotel fault. It was 100° the weekend we were in Nashville. I wish the breakfast offered a sugar-free yogurt option.

Overall the hotel was clean. Friendly staff and good location.

Comforter, mattress pad with stains. Disgusting, stained bad skirt. Everything was changed per my request. Also the blinds were dirty and stained. I think the personnel should know when it’s time to change it as it spoils the overall impression. Bath and kitchen are nice and clean. Breakfast very average but the breakfast area is very nice and clean.
