My stay there is usually good, but this night the mattress on the bed was high on the sides and when youlay down you roll to the middle of bed, it made for a bad night especially with my recent fractured arm...

I was comfortable at first when i arrived, until I saw ROACHES! SMALL roaches! More than 1, more than two, more than 3! I can not! I should have taken pictures, but I was too busy trying to spray them with the lysol in my bag each time I saw one. First one, I saw on the desk. The next by the tv . Third and fourth, on the shower curtain when I pulled it back to shower. So, for the rest of the night I was just paranoid something would crawl on me!!!! I didn't want breakfast, NOTHING. Dumped my luggage out in my driveway when I made it home today. MY GOODNESS! NEVER AGAIN!

My stay was good. There are some things that could’ve been done better but overall it was a good trip. My grandchildren loved the king suite and had a great time.

Great staff. Very good restraunt. Hotel is old, rooms are seriously old and worn. Someone needs to update this place. Has so much potential just love love put into the rooms.

I had an issue with my room not having a sofa bed which it should have according to the description. Betthann at the front desk worked with me and we ended up in a different suite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the dining area. Had breakfast each morning and it was delicious. I took 9 of us to lunch at Hemingway’s and the service was great and the food was good.

The room was gross. It seemed like they didn’t clean it properly. They had roaches. The pool was closed for maintenance and I wanted to take my kids swimming. Room service took forever and the food was cold and not good. I didn’t enjoy myself here.

I liked the architecture of the hotel. I chose to stay because of the wrestling event being held in the ballroom. All agents/workers were knowledgeable when asked questjons. Breakfast was nice. Server was very friendly.

Our stay was comfortable after visiting with BethAnn. The original room given on the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. BethAnn upgraded our room to the 1st with a pool view for a minimal charge. The room was much nicer and matched the photos we saw online. The patio was dirty with cigarette buds but the pool view was still nice.
My son is a content creator. After moving to our second room, he was able to capture some good footage.

We picked this hotel based on star rating. Whoever does the rating must not have visited this hotel in the last 10+ years. Hotel is very dated. Walking in and seeing the carpet in the hallways and the cleanliness of the elevator I knew we had made a mistake. Furniture inside the rooms is old, some rusty, and falling apart. Anything cloth such as couches, carpet, etc is disgusting. The carpet in my room feels so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it without shoes. The bathroom was dirty, tile in shower is falling apart, and the water pressure is a little better than a drip. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they make major changes.

The room smelled horribly like mildew and we could not enjoy the patio because it had water leaking down the whole time, and it was not the humidity. The bar said they were open from 4-10pm but was only open til 8. It was close to freeway but not restaurants or shopping. The commons areas were clean.
