No so clean on the outside understandable they cant recover due to hurricanes. The rooms were very nice and clean. Met the owner very welcoming he was trying to get all the sand out of the pool from the ocean from hurricane Milton. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, the room was somewhat clean, the breakfast was very good, you are with in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping, but the room we where in was full of mold. When we told the front staff all he said was it's an old building so I'm sure there is leaks.

The people in the front desk were very nice..But the condition of the property was yucky! I got a room with mold on the floor, and ceiling. There were no lights in the pool area or in the pool.

The front-desk gal was very pleasant. We arrived a little early and she found a room for us. The property has perhaps seen its better days, but the rooms were clean and spacious; the pool was large and clean; and the beach was right there. Not a single complaint.

Elevator was out of order😟 being with kids we managed, overall all was great , customer service excellent and I’ll definitely will come back!

This was honestly the best place that we could have picked for our trip. We were outside for 2-3 days straight just going to the beach and the pool. Which were both 10ft away from our room! Watch the ocean while you swim in the pool. It was a great experience. The photos online don't look like the real thing anymore either. You can tell it was recently renovated.

Old and run down. Garbage by pool. Pool floor cracked. Open (no lids) garbage cans.
Also, our room was to have a balcony. We were put on the first floor???? Turned around and cancelled our reservation and stayed at the Hilton.

I was surprised how the hotel was cleaning , the beach in that area was good too but the Breakfast was amazing .. The lady who operates the breakfast was unbelievable, she was outstanding!! Everything was so clean and replenished, on her game!

The restaurant staff was rude and unbecoming over a simple request for plastic forks as the dining room closed

The pictures of the property was misleading the room wasn't as shown in the pictures. My overall stay was good oceanfront view was beautiful the staff was respectful and the beds was comfortable air was very cold I'd stay there again but just wish they'd make the advertising of the rooms what they actually look like

I’ll not recommend this hotel to any family it was not clean at all..The pool was not working and breakfast was awful .. the hotel looked nothing like the picture..We will not be back

The large picture window in our room was cracked from top to bottom and taped back together. There was no smoke detector. Although the staff was very friendly and kind, the lady working the evening we arrived was really struggling. Maybe it was her first week, maybe she was poorly trained, but she was having difficulty making room keys, signing people in, & organizing the paperwork. We had to go back later because she forgot to give us our parking pass. The people in line behind us had a reservation and someone was in their room! And finally, the elevator was old, dirty and shaky. The whole place was very outdated.

All was excellent, service, cleanliness,food quality,etc. only hindrance was narrow parking space and small turn ratio. We have a small SUV too. Otherwise pure quality,💯

Check in must be at 4:00pm, Saturday 5/15/24 Well at 4:45 still waiting...I have to ask to tle cleaning team please do my 305 room! the worst: other 5 reservations went before us! And the lady knew that we arrive al 12:00 and were at the beach..not excuses

Beach front. Sparkly clear pool. Not enough staff. Front desk was “closed” mid day. It was a struggle to get housekeeping service. The oceanfront room has a great view. The kitchenette does not have adequate supplies, and enough plates, cups, and utensils for 2 people. I took our trash out most days. It was more like being in a condo than a hotel.

The room is clean and the sheets are fresh and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The property is dated and going through renovations but the perfect place to stay for a night.

The facility is in the midst of upgrades. Rooms appear to have been refurbished and work is underway for the grounds. Breakfast is still a bag with muffins and fruit but a proper breakfast area has been prepared but apparently not quite ready. We like the atmosphere and plan to return soon,

Property is under repair and renovation. Housekeeper did not come to clean the room for our 2 days stay. Breakfast room was under repair so only carry out breakfast which had very limited options.

I liked that the property was right on the ocean. I liked that the room floors were not carpeted. I liked there was a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. I liked that they had a pool. I liked that our room had its own private balcony. I would have preferred an updated bathroom and nicer kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances. I liked the parks that were driving distance. I would have liked there to have a place to recharge an electric car. Thank you!

Floors were dirty on arrival. They were short staffed for cleaners and you had to go out of your way to request your room cleaned.
