The hotel does not honor the price that orbitz gives you. If it gives you the option to pay at the hotel do not do it, the hotel charges more. This hotel does not give you vip access. No bottle of wine nothing that is stated you will get. No late check out. Must be out by 12pm.

We were not able to access our room until 4:00 and food was not great. Room service was not good either not many options. Kids hang out by bar area.. P.S you have to pay extra to access adult only pool.

Hotel A/C didn’t work at the lobby bar or the fans. I’m an Expedia gold member and didn’t provided a room upgrade or gave the wine bottle you are supposed to get. Poor entertainment for a four diamond place. They ran out of ice the 2nd day, so no frozen drinks available at the pool. Nice superior room, and great staff! Only 1 pool available, you need to pay extra for the adults only. No premium drinks available, only well drinks. Great food though, the cevicheria by the pool had EXCELLENT FOOD! Pedro and Jesica take good care of you servicing at the pool. The GM-Alma tried to make it up for for the inconveniences.

Loved the ladies at kids club and the guys serving drinks at the pool are very attentive

The place was packed with kids so if you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not it. Kids were even at the swim up bar ordering drinks and drinking them inside the pool.

There was not a lot of options in food, but the food quality was quite good. There’s not a lot of amenities but you get a little of everything you’re looking for.

The hotel is clean and the staff was really nice and friendly. The food was very ok.

This Institution was outstanding. They were amazing with their customer service. Very attentive, proactive, professional, great attention to detail. They made you feel at home.

Staff continued to insist on their membership “talk” and we would decline but they were persistent to a point where we would come out of the elevator and within seconds they would be talking about it. My reservation included a bottle of Champagne and I didn’t receive it. The breakfast buffet area needs attention to cleanliness throughout the morning because it was very dirty by the time we got there at 10 am. Dishes need to be better washed. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Room was okay, ocean view was nice. If you’re looking for a calm relaxing resort this is fine but if your looking for more fun/excitement I’d recommend else where; the band was gone by 11:30pm and the bar closed at 1am.

Very good service

This is our third stay at Fiesta Americana. The property has definitely aged and it seems to be patch work vs an actual upgrade to the resort. One of our room ACs went our twice, bulb burned out, and a loose thermostat. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and shower seemed old. The food was good. Italian, Mexican, Asian, buffet, and room service. However, the Mexican restaurant service was disorganized, often forgetting utensils, food orders, and this happened twice. Italian and Asian dinner service was excellent. There also seemed to be less activities. Prior stays had a full agenda of activities. Kids club also seemed to have limited hours. Not sure if they are understaffed? All in all, it was an average stay and we’ll explore other options in the area for future PV visits.

I stayed at Fiesta Americana with my husband and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our view from the room and pool/beach service. We had high expectations since we stayed at an amazing All inclusive last year in Cabo. This is a great choice and you won’t be disappointed. Very happy with our stay and plan to return.

I love the location very kids friendly, but I would have liked more on site activities or more music.
