Hotel was outdated and dirty. Restaurant was closed.

Hotel went out of their way to fulfill shuttle service to airport as they had several people not at work that day and were short handed. The hotel was very well cared for and one of the cleanest ever stayed in. It is a great hotel to stay in if in that area.

I am a IHG member and was very disappointed the ran down condition of this property, including a musty smell throughout the property. The price of this property is far too high for what it offers as a IHG property. I would recommend going to another hotel if an overnight in Great Falls is in the future.

There wasn't a phone in my room to call the desk. The TVs in the entire hotel didn't work. The waterfall in the lobby was incredibly loud and could hear it and smell it from our room. A few large bugs landed on my bed in the middle of the night.

The staff made out right effort to be extra friendly, helpful when i was struggling with luggage cart into elevator. Just all around excellent feel to place and staff that make this inn work at a #10.

Rooms need to be updated. Our room was really humid and everything felt damp. Even the sheets and pillows. Also room smelt like smoke. The sink wasn’t draining. Toilet flushed slow

My room was next to a back door that said it would be locked at a certian time... i dont think it was and people were going in and out almost every hour from like 9pm to when I checked out. I didnt sleep. The room and hallways were dirty.

We just spent the night. The room met our needs. The room was quiet. The room did look over the roof which was okay. However, there are some lights out there, and the black out blind would not go all the way through. The room also overlooked the atrium. You could hear some of the louder guests pass by, but was quiet during the night. It also has a restaurant which is also nice.

The staff & service, when needed, was top notch. Everything from the pool to the laundry was great as well. The room, which we reserved a two bedroom with a king bed & two queen beds was mediocre at best. Both bathroom had hair on the floor by the toilets. The jetted tub was mostly unusable due to them installing a sink faucet instead of one that was meant for a tub. It took FOREVER to fill & ultimately lead to no one using the tub due to the timing. There was also scarce dresser space to store your clothes. For the price we paid, $1k for 4 nights, these should've been easy things to not have to worry about, especially since they have been remodeling for the last 4 years.

I booked here because of the proximity of the airport. The listing said "sleeps 6" & "2 bedrooms". It was actually two adjoining rooms with two queen beds in one room & a small couch in the other. I don't know how 6 humans could sleep there as the couch was small & not a pull out. Staff was friendly, otherwise I was disappointed in the stay. Seems like it's been under construction for a while.

Phone not working. No instructions for amenities ie, what’s available, where located in the building? Operational details of pool, laundry. Laundry is 1 washing machine and 2 dryers for whole place. No garbage cans in room.

We always get excellent Service at the Holiday Inn. The one blemish was that the hot water tap in the bathroom wouldn’t work: I’m sure if we would have called the front desk they would have fixed it for us . Will mention to them when we check out and I’m sure they will fix it for the next guest

Markeal,Migeal,and Frank at the front desk were all so helpful when the room we requested was not available. We wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel but we’re on our way to Glacier! Thank you for a great stay!

The entry into the hotel was very big and open. Very cool water display. The check in was fairly easy. The room was mediocre at best. Very out dated. Not super comfortable. Moved the end table, and there was dirt and debris and garbage behind it. Yuck. Definitely should focus their house keeping better on those missed things. Very unimpressed and most likely won’t stay here again.

Whenever we had a question regarding the hotel or the city the staff was eager to help. We found the beds comfortable.
We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. The waitress remembered us from the morning before. I really enjoyed the free lemonade. It wasn’t overly sweet. A nice treat. There were fresh flowers around. Pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 to 7 times in past 5 yrs.
Staff has always been courteous and very helpful. I personally like the restaurant and the bar , quite relaxing and great to wind-down after work. I see the restaurant is being upgraded and is getting inaugurated Jul 2024. Looking forward to dinning there in my next stay.

I have stayed there many times, overall convinet , comfortable.
However this stay had a few issues.
Shower/tub filler not operating correctly,
Coffee maker did not work .
Got a few bug bites from somewhere.

Was a clean kept place for the night we stayed.

Has gone down hill since the last time we stayed here. Wasn’t a welcoming entrance to the hotel. Room was not real clean…bathroom was terrible…had something running down the wall in the bathroom. The toilet had a big crack in it. Bathroom especially needed repairs. Restaurant was short staffed. Took over an hour to have breakfast. Saw many people leave the restaurant because no one to seat them or serve them. Will not stay here ever again.

The parking lot was rough, the pool construction seems like it has lasted years. The staff were excellent though and the price is reasonable.

It’s our favourite hotel to stay in in Great Falls. My kids love the pool. Beds are really comfy. Hotel just needs some updates. Which they are in the process of starting. Staff was very friendly!!
