I 💋 absolutely 💯 love this Hotel by far the ,,one of the BEST in the West Coast , Sacramento CA, but in the north area of Sacramento, 916 just dont quit, !

I wish them well but it's an older property that needs a lot of refurbishment. The pool was drained, the breakfast area not comfortable, bathroom outdated and no bathmat nor shower mat, making it a slip hazard.

This property was disgusting. We should have stayed at motel six. Hotel staff did not want to clean the rooms. They also have wet toilet paper stuck to all the walls under bathroom sink. There were cockroaches crawling on the floor we trapped them and ask them to take care of it.Toilet were broke hotel would fix them. Water in shower smelt moldy. This place is the worst I rather sleep under a bridge then there.

We entered and the front desk attendant said that the system was down and was unable to check anyone in. She took our phone number and said she would call us once the system was back. She allowed us to use the public restroom and when I got out there were guests who were screaming at the attendant and appeared to want to hit her. There was a guy walking around shirtless in the lobby. My husand and I were worried about what was happening and decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay. The front desk never called us to say if the system had come back on. If we had decided to stay there, we would never have received a room. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

There was a blood stain on the bathroom floor in the bed was very hard but manageable

Old hotel. Bathroom faucet squirted water out sides. No temperature control for room just a blower switch.

Was the worst place ever! No air. Had to buy a fan. Elevator never serviced! Extremely dirty! I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN!

The hotel had no ac and moved us rooms and had to bring us fans. We couldn't stay in the hotel because it was so hot we left shortly after

The room was spacious and somewhat clean. The hall ways could use some TLC. The breakfast was decent you paid for what you get. The was disappointed and felt disgusted when I found a syringe in my room. Front desk To show what I have found The girl working Front was so rude she hated her job. She looked at me and told me what do I need and told what happened, she said I can’t help but gave me the business card and explain me that the way to get ahold of the manager. I didn’t get her name just don’t go between 5-10 cause you would get the worst customer service from her. That place could be a lot better if the management just clean up out side and stick to the rooms when they say no smoking in a nonsmoking room. Cause it smells like a casino inside

Close to the venue I was attending. Priced accordingly.

We arrived at about 6pm for check-in it was fast because there was no one else there but we were not greeted or told anything about the schedule for breakfast or wfi. The customer service was terrible. I Stayed for there nights the room i got had comfortable beds and the space was ok for the 3 of us. The only thing was that everything there is very old and not too clean, the bathroom shower head didn't really work the carpets are so dirty and the drawers are old. The AC worked fine but i did hear other customers complaining about their AC not working. The breakfast was decent Bagels , Croissants, make your own waffle, coffee, orange juice, muffins and some apples. Overall it is worth what I payed for it. We were there on vacation so basically just slep there we were out all day one thing i can say is that it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. I think they just need better maintenance.

Pool is nice

Pool and all around... cigarettes, bottle, trash!!! Staff...need learn conversations polite and respectful with customers!!!Unsafe!!! AC (CONDITIONER) 1 STAR

The receptionist that checked us in was very very nice and on top of it. The rest was trash. Room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room. Almost all the plugs didn't work. Bathroom smelled of piss. Shower curtain was dirty. Room was booked for two queen beds but only gave us one hand towel and one wash cloth. Remote control was broken. Air-conditioning barely worked.

Not super clean. Given the wrong room. Air wasn’t working through the hotel. The pull out couch was stained and had no sheets. One pleasant staff member was the security guard. Hotel is not in a safe area and unfortunately had guests that also made it feel unsafe.

Kind of a musty smell to the place. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was pretty good, clean and the sitting area is nice. The bed was nice and firm. But it's got that "old building" smell. My guess is that it's the carpets, they really should just replace all of them and do a deep clean while they're at it.

Ac bad, room key kept going out . Smelled bad.

Very unpleasant hotel, I booked ahead of time for two night stay. As soon as I walked up to my room, noticed it was very hot. So I went down stairs and spoke with the lady upfront, let her know my AC was not working properly. All she said was and I quote ( All I can offer is a fan to be placed inside). Side note, I had my wife and my one year old baby boy with me. At this point I was very upset. Not only was it very uncomfortable setting for both my wife and myself but a very dangerous atmosphere for my baby. Ended up being there trying to figure out the next step. We weren't there no longer than one hour and we still got charged a day stay. Property management we will be in touch. Unsatisfactory overall. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this location.

No working AC in 105° weather the entire place smelled like Urine walls were dirty and the sheets were stained

We reserved the room to use the pool during the heat wave.

Desperate to find a place after car broke down, should’ve gone somewhere else. No AC in hotel or room. Hallways were dirty and trash left around. Non-smoking room smelled terrible and all the furniture was covered in stains and walls were very dirty. Gross stains on the headboard as well. The pool was the only nice part of this place and it closed before we even got there. Security outside at night which was needed for this location, it wouldn’t feel safe otherwise.

No water pressure in shower, i could not stop up the bathtub so i was unable to take a bath : ( there wasnt any fruit at breakfast and the floors were dirty.

I was very impressed with this Ramada and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. They had a free breakfast, which was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.
