This hotel met all my needs and was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again as a first choice if I was ever in Ravenna again. This hotel is in a perfect location for a tourist like me and I recommend it highly.

If you want to Stay in the middle of Ravenna with lots of attractions cloe by this is a great location. And if you are going on a cruise they have a regularly scheduled bus service to the port.

Our stay was great. The staff was AMAZING and incredibly kind. The room was a bit outdated, and the bathroom smelt very bad, the entirety of our trip.. other than that.. it was great. Would recommend, the Rialto bridge is literally directly outside the front doors

Very adequate hotel, well positioned. Breakfast was good as expected, but Restaurant was closed for August (not pre advised). Mattress was not comfortable (too firm and springy, transmitted too much movement). No electric sockets near the bed head.
If returning to Ravenna I would shop around.

We stayed at this property just before embarking on a Mediterranean cruise. Ravenna was beautiful and the hotel was right in the heart of the shops and UNESCO sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The lobby was nice, but the room was disappointing. The bed springs were easily felt through the mattress and the curtains were literally falling apart. It's impossibile to take a shower without getting the toilet and floors soaking wet. Water was lukewarm at best. Met another guest in the elevator who had a flood in her room. Watch out for the elevator (Only 1 was working,) It will shut on you.

The lobby area is updated & nice, and the breakfast area is well kept and clean. However, our room had a few issues which needed attention: the toilet ran a very long time, the vanity was cracked in a number of places, there was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling and the floor by the door was warped so that the door did not swing freely to close. We did have the maintenance team visit to check things out, but they just said “it’s not dangerous “.

Nice centralized location woth a very nice breakfast. The check in was helpful and polite, but slow, 15 min per guest it was like they didn't have it already on a computer reservation. Room was slightly dated , but for the remote local it was very nice. Would recommend.

A clean and largely functional room (one of the bedside lights wasn't working, which would likely have been fixed had we reported it, but then again perhaps it should haveen checked and fixed before we checked in). The hotel is close to both the city centre and the train station, so by and large we were happy with our stay.

This property has a great location. Walkable to the train station, restaurants, shopping and visiting the historical places. The staff was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this property for all it offers at a reasonable price.

Stayed here after cruise arriving in Ravenna. Only 150 yds from station and city centre. Hotel a bit tired and some staff a bit severe. Convenience is the big plus here but perfectly adequate for short stay. Many people go straight to other destinations but Ravenna is well worth spending some time in. Much nicer than Bologna

Prospective guests should be aware that this hotel is “dog friendly”. If you’re of the view that animals should not be allowed in hotels and restaurants then you may wish to reconsider your choice.

The location for visiting Ravenna is hard to beat.

Great location for the train station and short walk to the centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing missing is tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Other than that, very good.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before our cruise. It is definitely a short walking distance from Ravenna train station. Also walking distance to the center center, tourists attraction; shops; restaurants etc
Hotel condition is running down, I won't say it is a 4* hotel rating, definitely needs to do some update

Very convenient for railway station. Helpful staff. Good room service. Only negative is restaurant closed Friday and Saturday.

The property is ideally located in Ravenna with a great staff. But it is a bit worn and is overdue for an upgrade/update inside and out. Rooms are a good size so when upgrade is done- property would be stellar.

We returned here after an absence of a year and a half. Much proved the same: the hotel is situated in the centre of Ravenna, so all touristic attractions are well within walking distance. Parking facilities have deteriorated, however. It is no longe possible to park in fromt of the hotel using am hotel sign; rather, one has to park in a side street, where one has to pay from 8.00 h. onwards. This is inconvenient to say the least, as there were not many places unoccupied.

NH Ravenna is a short walk from both the station and the town centre, so it’s position is perfect. The hotel is large and modern with every facility you would expect. Check-in was speedy and efficient, our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the modern, well equipped bathroom was a delight!
Breakfast featured everything you would want and the staff were charming and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing! Clean property with good housekeeping service.
But, very poor wifi service, no bar or restaurant for the duration. For a 4* (supposedly) property these are too basic to overlook.

Comfortable and nice Hotel with excellent location. A bit outdated, though, and the free WiFi has an extremely limited speed, it is almost useless.

Thé noise came from the trash collectors doing their job at 5:00AM…….really not the hotel’s problem but definitely annoying!
