This hotel is fabulous. Clean and fresh and classy. The front desk staff were courteous, attentive, professional, yet friendly. Lovely people. We will most assuredly be back. Best stay, of many, in Milan, our favorite city.

The hotel facility and room are in excellent condition. The hotel is located close to various means of transportation, Metro, trams and buses. The only complaint I have is the hotel is located in a back street away from the main attractions.

Excellent stay downtown Milan, both for business and leisure, located close to Corso Buenos Aires shopping district, clubs and central train station.

The tiny gym , with spa and the sundeck are a perarl, being downtown.

The Starhotel Ritz was great. The location was perfect, near transit, shopping and restaurants and the rooms were very comfortable. The only downside is when you arrive, the buildings across the street are older and more rundown which didn’t create a great first impression but the hotel itself made up for this.

Very helpful staff. It would be nice to have a a refrigerator in the room, but still, very nice place. Good breakfast included in our stay. In a street parallel to the main avenue, but not noisy at all. Close to stores, subway, buses and tram. We went walking to the Duomo, came back by taxi because we were tired, but it is close enough.

One of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed!!!Eveything perfect, the room had everyrthing a guest could wish for, extremely well equiped, luxurius but practical and smart designed at the same time.

Overall my experience at Starhotels was great! The hotel was clean and ascetically pleasing. The room we had did have a water leak in the bathroom but the staff was quick to help resolve and even offered us another room. We were only there for one night so we chose to stay in our room but the offer was very much appreciated.
There was a parking garage available but we didn’t have a car. The hotel was one street away from the Main Street which was nice because it was quieter. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants

Convenient location to the center and to the train station. A lot of med priced stores around. The property has very helpful, knowledgeable, processional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had good variety. The restaurant is way overpriced for dinner, not worse it.

Really liked the hotel. Also liked the neighborhood. Close metro ride to tourist spots but not in the center of the tourist spots. We walked around our area at different times day or night and never felt unsafe. There are also a number of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Bed was comfortable. Room a little small but that is normal for Europe. Had the buffet breakfast on our last day. It was a decent meal but for price prefer eating outside the hotel.

The hotel is right off Corso Buenos Aires shopping area, this location is really hard to beat. Close to the public transport. An excellent breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has its own parking which is very convenient in a city like Milan.

The hotel is in no way near a 4 star hotel, the rooms was just there and my bathroom had a smell from the drainage or so I had to bare that for 3 whole nights, the breakfast was so horrible and worse off cold had to seek a refund (2days)
The only plus side was there was a nice restaurant on the street, the metro was just a few blocks away and Duomo was just 3 stops from the station close to the hotel (Lima) and last the staff were amazing very helpful and nice. I wish I could recommend this hotel becos of them but sadly I can’t I would try somewhere else during my next visit hopefully.
