Perfect location for the lanes and the Brighton Centre, beautiful modern hotel friendly staff, you feel welcome from the time you enter the building. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely weekend break with my two kids , one teen ager and one todler.
Both of them loved the family room with two king size beds.
All was spotless everyone in reception was super helpful. One of the evening i could not make the heating to work and straight away the receptionist fixed the issue.
The room are soundproof giving you a peaceful enviroment to chill in ! The buffet breakfast superb all cooked fresh, tasty amazing.
All the staff smiley and friendly. I loved the lobby.
The location right in front of the sea and peer so wonderful !!!
Walkable from the train station with two kids at 9 pm and felt safe, but called a taxi to go back and it was only £7

Easy t9 check in, easy to find the amenities and room. Liked that in the room there was a coffe machine (but flavoured pods and a big no no to me...just wanted a normal coffee!!), extra glasses i.e wine glasses and timblers...nice touch.
The shower screens rubber stopper at the bottom was easily pulled off by my youngest and it was vile with grime and mould..this need a proper clean.
The main bed infront of the tv i found very hard and had to swap with one of my children.
Our room was on the first floor over look the rear entrance which panicked me a little with noise of the public late night /early morning but we never heard a thing.
We used the pool with our children but found it a little frowned apon that the kids wanted to play in the water by the other guest.the tiles around the pool were very slippery and it was dirty too.
Other than the items above, we enjoyes our stay, location is great and all areas are accessible with a stroller.

The lovely reception gentleman couldn’t be more helpful. When my key card wouldn’t work he offered to take my rucksack and come to the room with me, I was so grateful as he must have been busy. He directed me to where to get coffee.

Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. The hotel doesn’t look much from outside but when you get into the lobby you see how lovely it is! We stayed in the penthouse suite which was big, clean and the hotel smelt lovely throughout!

We chanced our luck to check in abit early but we couldn’t get our room till 3pm, can’t be helped. We got to your room and my partner had paid for a surprise prosecco to the room, it wasn’t there! He complained and they refunded us and delivered the bottle late. The view from the room was lovely. But if you want a good nights sleep then don’t book here. The bed was like a camp bed and slightly moving or turning over it just creaked so so badly that we got no sleep :0(

Stay was good. Hotel in good position in Brighton. Bathroom however needs attention. Cracked sink, warped bathroom door that could not fully close.

There were issues with the first room they gave me, but the staff were extremely helpful to move me to a better room. They were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.

The room we stayed in had stains on the carpets and dusty carpet. The carpet was off putting. The room number is 139, apart from that the rest of the room was reasonable

Great weekend stay, friendly and helpful staff. Only one small item of annoyance - Why do hotels never own bed sheets that fit the mattress? Ended up getting wrapped up in it.

One of the days we were there we were going out at about 5pm but on returning to the room to get ready it hadn't been serviced, I had a quick shower, went out for dinner. Were still a little early so popped back to room. Still not serviced. I appreciate it was a Sunday but I feel this was unacceptable.

I had booked for £140, but then got mysteriously cancelled. Rebooked at £360.
Got a bag of crisps and a note welcoming me, not exactly worth £200.
Ill never stay there again.

7 of us stayed overnight to celebrate a big birthday in Brighton and from the moment we arrived we were so impressed with the high standards at the hotel. A special mention to the lovely Ken who looked after us so well.

The team at the Leonardo couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Every single team memeber was so polite and accommodating. Facilities were all clean, great location and fab breakfast.

The location was excelent, close to the beach and the lanes quarter. The breakfast was amazing and we got free parking in the attached parking garage.

Ok hotel, basically over priced and kind of an eyesore on the Brighton waterfront. It belongs in a big city, not a charming seaside town. Also, there is absolutely no parking except in the garage sand that’s $15/day….we paid $400 for the room, it would be nice if they had free parking.

We really enjoyed our stay here the staff were very helpful. Our granddaughter enjoyed her time in the swimming pool. Overall we had a great time at this very comfortable hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The hotel was conveniently situated near to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment. Room was nice and clean but bathroom could do with a refurb. Car parking is limited and ridiculously expensive in The Lanes car park. Due to this wouldn’t book here again.
