there was a few cockroaches in the room, and the breakfast was poor

I understand this is a very cheap hotel, but my room had sticky stains on the floor, no toilet paper, stained towels to actually looked used, blow dryer did not work. Honestly, terrible experience.

Only reason I booked here was because the the price was nice and they said they offered toddler beds. When I get to the property they didn’t have any toddler beds and the room they gave me was full of mold. I’m with my wife and daughter and I cannot have my daughter in that type of condition. My daughter is only 1 year old. Mind you we had to say the night there since it was already late at night and nothing else was available. First thing in the morning I went to the lobby and checked out immediately and was told I could not get a refund. I showed them all the pictures I had taken and still was told that I would not be getting a refund. I was told I needed to speak to the manager they provided me with the managers email. I emailed him with all the photos and still not response. I had called numerous times trying to resolve this and nothing no response. So I ended calling my bank and disputing all the charges.

It's not the nicest place i've been, but if you're just looking for something that's cheap close to the airport, and includes a not so great breakfast. You'll do fine

When it comes cleaning. It was minus zero.
The dodo from dog was in front of my room before getting there. I told the reception desk. I was there for 4 days and it was still there. The bathroom was never clean. Requested for towels and tissue paper. When i did not get it. I went out to walmart to buy towel and toilet paper. The blanket was covered with unmade bedsheets. I have pictures if you need it. Am tryingvto attach it but unable to do it

They offer shuttle service but only st specific times, and it is shared with Wyndham Hotel. The text I received said the pick up point was at Zone 15. I'd never been to MIA, so I ask at the info desk, and others where is Zone 15. No one knows. I tried calling ...no joy there. So I ask the next obvious question where is the hotel shuttle pick up area....and waited there for an hour+. It eas not Zone 15 but Exit door 15 on the second level.
The facility is run down....and in need of some serious cleaning and maintenance work. The room was functional and everything worked but really not up to Quality Inn standards.

From start to finish I give it an overall 3 star rating. I believe a lot of info was withheld from the listing that would have prompted me to not book with this in particular location. The receptionists were nice but after getting off a flight we just wanted to sleep. Our first room, had the strongest smell of mold and caused me to itch and have a hard time breathing. My mom also had a difficult time as well. I reached out to Hotels.com to let them know but also reached out to someone the next morning to see if they had a different room available because i wasn’t looking forward to switching hotels altogether. They did successfully move me to another room which wasn’t as bad as the first but the bathroom faucet was leaking and it was ice cold due to the a/c just like the first room. After the receptionist explained to me why the A/c needed to be on but suggested we could turn it down a couple notches we were okay. The hotel needs a major upgrade. Breakfast was giving blah. Not enough towels in the rooms. No extra blankets and the sheets and towels had stains. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but I did get to see the adorable cats outside the hotel and thank the receptionists for their kindness!

we had two choices; a room with condensation on the floor (slip and fall risk) or a temperature of 60 degrees. The TV had only four channels and the remote didnt work hardly unless I stood right in front of the TV.

The furniture in the lobby was dirty. It needs to be washed or changed to other furniture with a darker color like brown.
Also shuttle operating hours are not interesting if you have an early 7 am flight or if you arrive after 10 pm.

They did not give us the double beds I needed and they were rude, the place was dirty and needed repairs along with unsafe; we moved to the Marriott Courtyard and it was very nice, clean and safe.

they walked into our room not knowing we had a reservation!? the room was filthy and old and run down!! no vending machines even though the sign pointed to them no restaurant just the awful free breakfast in the AM. After they walked in our room they sent another man up with someone on the phone so I could explain that we were there and had reservations, who said they would refund us and that so far has never happened

This hotel is the worst hotel I ever been. Starting for the staff not helpful and even rude to a complete dirty room, bathroom, lacking of clean towels. The shuttle service is a perk and after booking it with anticipation you have to be lucky to get it, I was not and I had to find ways to get o the airport by myself! Expedia should make sure that the properties offered in its website have at least good standards. I saw the reviews of this hotel (sadly, after my own experience) most of them are bad so this hotel has been TERRIBLE FOR YEARS! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Overall, the stay was fine. However, there were a few issues that made me deduct stars.
First, the last shuttle of the day from the airport is at 8pm, but we weren’t informed before booking so we had to pay for an uber.
Second, the breakfast is very small. They only really offered cereal, toast, and waffles.
The room felt humid and there was clear signs of mold that the cleaners tried to clean poorly and there was no shower mat or towel to put down on the floor. The drain to our sink was also broken.
I think we would’ve been better off to spend the extra 30 bucks for a better hotel.

I checked in to this hotel without knowing how filthy the room would be and after several complaints, I was threatened by staff with cancelling my reservation. Little did I know that this was because they claim that they would refund for early check out but they plan not to. Staff were very rude, used obscene language and even called police when I requested my account information showing my early check out due to a very dirty, moldy room and filthy toilet with smeared walls which they claimed was rust. They then printed a break down of my stay with incorrect information. The breakfast is horrible except for the one packaged item - yogurt. There is no functioning washer or dryer. Advertised services are hit and miss. For health and safety reasons I had to check out early and staff acted as though they were the ones being hurt by my early departure. I thought it would be the perfect location due to the business I had to do but instead it turned out to be a nightmare as empty promises were offered instead of a clean and comfortable place to stay. I’m still awaiting my refund of my hard earned money as they did not provide quality service at all

My wife and I stayed there for 7 days. On entry...2 big cats greeted us, then we saw a cleaner with an ice trolley with 6 uncovered sandwich on top of the trolly and cleaning products and a mop at the bottom (ghetto). The young girl secretary was pleasant and tried to be as helpful as she can. The others didn't really care. Our shower was giving HOT steaming water, we reported it twice before someone came to attempt to fix it, we asked for room service to clean the room; we didnt get it clean. The shower wasnt clean, the sheets werent changed as a matter of fact, the towels and sheets are browne in color. The room had mold. I actually took ill because i couldnt turn down the AC, or the room ground would get wet, the water seem to be seep through the walls, the place was just dirty. I recommend you add an extra 10 or 20$ and go to la quinta, because this hotel needs remodelling, its very untidy, nothing like the photos they display. I wanted to move but they dint refund. Trust me, its not worth it to stay there. Terribleeee

I booked this property because it was convenient. Close to the airport & it provides a shuttle to and from the airport. The property needs a good clean out. Had to change my first room because there was mold. The second was not bad but saw a tiny cockroach. I just made sure i wore clothes at all times in that room. The gym and pool were nice. They also provide breakfast (buffet) which is not the best but edible. It was a short enjoyable stay.
