We stayed for 2 nights and never received housekeeping service … we ran out of towels abs has to borrow from the gym which were small towels … not happy with that at all !… we had to ask for toilet paper as we didn’t have an extra roll on the room just a half used one when we arrived … room was old and had price tags still in the pictures … hahah take off the price tags from the pictures on the wall please lol … front desk was NOT friendly and it seemed as if they were bothered to be helped … I was there 10 minutes before my check in and was told k had to wait 30 minutes or pay $65 to get in instantly … I waited the 20 minutes but I never heard if that In my life… never !… absurd ,., there was spit in the elevator and breakfast was rubber bagels abs cereal and milk … been her before and it wasn’t terrible … this time it was terrible … maybe management changed, but I will not be back for sure … also, people hanging out all night smoking by entrances … that shouldn’t be allowed…. Don’t give me cancer because u choose to smoke and wnat it … the pets make the place smell too .,. Oh well….

I was looking for a hotel that was close to DFW airport that offered shuttle service to the airport and allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel until I returned from my trip. This hotel was a good choice. The room was comfortable but the breakfast is very limited in what they offer. However, the price of the room made up for the breakfast. I would stay there again if I had another trip involving flights out of DFW. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My family stayed here 4 nights and it was ok overall. The staff was very friendly so no problem there but the rooms were not quite that great.
The Towels in the bathroom smelled a little funny and I wish I had brought my own. The lights were not all working in our particular room so it was a little inconvenient at night when trying to walk around in the dark. I know these rooms say non smoking but almost every night after midnight I could smell cigar in our room and I smelled it stronger coming from the bathroom. I didn’t like that at all because I have a baby girl and I know that isn’t good for her to inhale.
The neighbors can be loud after midnight and at times that would wake me up.
I chose this hotel because it had a great location for where we wanted to go. The Fair and the Dallas Zoo, and Arlington.
It was nice having Dennys next door.

Overall it is a nice hotel with a clean bed. Cleanliness is average. Nice location close to the airport. You must request housekeeping otherwise they only come every 3 days.

The front desk guy had no personality and wss Not welcoming. The rooms need to be cleaned better and the shower in our room was falling apart. The tub floor was peeling and the shower faucet was falling out of the wall.

While the facility overall was clean and the staff were polite . Our stay ended quickly the morning of our checkout when my husband woke up to find a bed bug on him . After checking around the bed we noticed a white powder dusted under the headboard . While im unsure if this is for bed bugs i assume it is some type of pest control based on its placement. This entire facility needs to be treated immediately. I understand this is likely common due to it being in an area near the airport however this should continue. This needs to be treated .

shuttle service from the airport to the hotel took a long waiting time. I called the hotel twice to ensure I was waiting for the bus. It took more than 40 minutes to get the bus.
There was a small cockroach in the bathroom.

We did see at least 1 roach. Beds were a bit small...i know they were doubles, but for some reason, I thought they were queens. Also, was charged $50 on 2 different cards. Overall, great stay.

The hotel was clean but if you are closing this hotel for an airport shuttle be aware it only leaves the hotel on the top of the hour even though its only 15 minutes from the airport. If you want to be at the airport at 7 am you will need to leave at 6am. Also apparently no breakfast on Sunday

I originally booked this property for 7/17-7/22. I ended up spending only 4 days because my conference dates had changed. I checked out on 7/20 using the Hotel's 6:00 AM Shuttle to the airport. In addition to charging a penalty for checking out early,this hotel has charged me for staying there for an extra night claiming they have no record of me checking out on 7/20. Despite my efforts to have my refund for the extra night I was charged for I am still waiting for hear from this property as was promised by the Front Desk agent I spoke to.

The staff was amiable and accommodating to my daily needs. Breakfast should include a variety of entrees such as hot oatmeal with side toppings, granola, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, etc. Also, Almond milk would be a great addition to the menu. Finally, the hotel's cleanliness was exceptional! I will be returning. Bethany

When I got there, I saw a few people talking and sitting but thought nothing of it and went to the front desk to ask to check in. And the receptionist told me to sit down without looking at me. No greeting, nothing. Waited about an hour and finally was able to check in. Room was cleaned once despite me asking for cleaning service multiple times, but wasn’t vacuumed. Saw roaches multiple times. Fridge had an awful odor. Not the hotels fault but I’m guessing a highschool basketball tournament was happening as well as a concert so the hotel was rowdy and loud, had my door knocked on and heard people runaway several times. Lastly I requested a shuttle to the airport for 3am a day prior, was told no problem. Arrived at reception at 2:50am, a couple was waiting there as well. Receptionist called the driver several times and he didn’t pickup. At 3:30 the couple left in a car. I waited until 3:50 and eventually had to call an Uber. I’ve stayed at several LaQuinta Inns in the past and usually had a great time, this is a huge downfall I was greatly disappointed.

I stayed there just one night. It is at 10min of the airport, across walmart and a lot of fast food around opening late. My room was ok and no bad smell just the usb outlets did not work.
They have shuttles and a large parking. That hotel is perfect for a one night stay.
