Very welcoming

Things I wish I knew before booking:Valet is $85, no continental breakfast(breakfast buffet $40/ person), close to ferry building that has a lot of different food options inside, felt pretty safe, balcony suite was okay, can see ocean at an angle. Pretty nice for a weekend trip

My husband and I were doing the suicide prevention walk so we stayed overnight. And we are so glad that we did, This hotel is beautiful.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful views and walkability. Black mold in the shower, which was surprising in this property.

Great place to stay in San Francisco. Classy hotel.

Hotel is in a convenient location, has a large lobby for working or meeting up, and the rooms are okay. I was originally checked into a room that smelled of cigarette smoke but they moved me to a new room quickly. Since it’s a big hotel with different amenities in the lobby, it would have been great during check in to hear about them.

I forgot some items at the hotel on the day of checkout. When we realized our mistake we were about to board our plane. I contacted the hotel and the staff quickly located for me and reassured me that they would mail to my house. I’m very very grateful! Great staff, very helpful!

Great stay!

Great place, felt safe in city walking around with family. Easy access to oracle park. Would definitely stay here again. This part of the city is looking and feeling great!

We really enjoyed our staying location was excellent. We were offered the opportunity to purchase the benefits of the rooftop area for breakfast snacks happy hour and desserts. We really love that. We had a great view. The room was clean. Definitely would stay there again.

The staff was excellent

Large hotel, high floor room make a long walk to get outside from your door. Fire alarm at 4am which forced evacuation for the entire hotel, which elevators not working we all had to take multiple flights of stairs which was a workout within itself. In which I managed to lock my wallet and room keys in my room with alarms going off. Front desk assumed I was making up my information about getting my key replaced even though I had my phone and reservation available to him(was told I could have found that phone on the floor), eventually got back into room after others in line overheard the ridiculousness of what was being said. Hotel did its best to accommodate for their bad seed and the front desk.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Despite arriving late due to our flight, the staff warmly welcomed us and made the check-in process seamless. Although the room we initially chose wasn’t available, they promptly moved us to our preferred room the next day. The view of the bay from our balcony was breathtaking, and it truly enhanced our experience. Overall, everything was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and value for your money

The hotel is very large and spacious, everyone looks very nice and elegant, eveything is very clean and the staff are very friendly, specially the dinner area, they make feel comfortable No complaints 👌

Nicely renovated hotel in the financial district. Everything clean and quiet. Hyatt though tries to get as much money as possible out of the customer without any additional value (destination charge, lousy but expensive gastronomy). Valet very unfriendly. Front desk very welcoming.

Wonderful hotel , had some issues with housekeeping , Manage Jill was kind enough to give us a courtesy call next day and accommodate us in some ways to make our stay pleasant. Great place to stay at.

We’ve stayed here as a family several times and it’s always been good. The hotel is clean, great location, pleasant staff and the atrium is always a sight to behold… our kids love it. We never eat at the hotel as it is ridiculously expensive, so we usually head over to the ferry building or down to Perry’s, all within a short walk. Directly outside the hotel is Market Street and it can feel a little unsafe at night, there’s a lot of homeless sleeping rough. While we were there, there was one poor homeless woman that was clearly high on something, she was screaming and spitting at anyone walking by… scared my two kids. This was of course not the hotel’s fault, but just something to be aware of when you stay there. Also, our room was facing out onto the ferry building, a great view but right next to a VERY loud bar and restaurant. There was loud booming music until well after midnight, made it tough to sleep. Overall though, the Hyatt always is comfortable and my kids love it.. we’ll more than likely be back again.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. We had an event in the morning, across the street at the ferry building. Vallet parking was efficient and made easy by using my phone. Very inexpensive for the location near lots of restaurants and activities. This was my second time staying, I would stay again.

Sheets was spotted.kids was not happy at all what they expected.parking charges was not mentioned that was expensive. Breakfast was not complimentary.overall all not worth what we expected.

It was not expected that the room had stink smell bed sheets were not cleaned. Kids did not get happy to see all this last and least parking was not mentioned that it’s separately charged. Really disappointed ☹️
