We had a great view of the city, my boys loved it.

The staff was vary nice and help us as soon as we drove in. Breakfast was included the buffate had great options and the staff was nice and friendly.

Die Lage, im Grunde ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Cable Car um die Ecke. Wahrscheinlich ist auch das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Es war doch sehr auf die asiatische Kundschaft ausgerichtet. Parkhaus war bequem anzufahren. Insgesamt freundliches Personal.

Housekeeping ist eine Katastrophe. Ich spreche vielleicht schon schlecht Englisch, aber die Damen verstanden nichts. Es waren grundsätzlich nur 3 Handtücher da, wir waren aber zu viert. Hinter allem musste man her rennen, sei es Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Handseife usw....dann kamen sie erst am Nachmittag. Badezimmer altmodisch mit Badewanne als Dusche, Wasserstrahl schwach, Duschvorhänge finde ich auch eklig. Betten waren zu eng. Außerdem finde ich die Tatsache, dass man keine Frischluft in die Zimmer lassen kann, unangenehm. Bei der Ankunft sollte ich eine Gebühr entrichten- auch nicht ganz wenig- um früher einzuchecken, nicht etwas 5 Stunden früher, nein 45 Minuten. Alles nicht so gastfreundlich, wenn man gerade eine Reise von insgesamt 15 Stunden hinter sich hat.

I was close to visit my brother in ICU he has been there for more than one month. I’m running out of funds haven’t been working for past two weeks with no pay but friends pay two nights so my father that was also in hospital he has cancer needed a rest and you guys are closest to hospital

Great, overall! Also, San Francisco is expensive and this hotel holds a lot of value due to its location, customer service, room cleanliness, and overall cost compared to others. Would stay here again

Overall, not much negatives. Just one staff member was a bit negative but he was a kid and a bell boy. Don't blame him. I was that age at one point of my life.

Prime location and easy accessible to all prime areas

I loved everything

The property is very clean, secure and the staff is so awesome.

The breakfast wasn’t included. I always choose holiday inn chain to stay in with family for the breakfast.

Comfortable room and good facilities and reasonable location.

The location is perfect. The staff was helpful, and the hotel was clean. I had a great view of the city from my room, and the beds felt like clouds.

The price was a little too high.

The room was reasonably quiet located adjacent to the elevator. The bed was large and comfortable. Linens were comfortable.

We very much enjoyed the stay. Good location. We walked most of the time when we went out.

Accomodations were excellent,meals at limited restaurant were well prepared.

The temp in room was not easy to control There was a few nights when it was really cold with no extra blankets available.
