Staff were friendly, room was clean and well decorated. Wet bar equipped with lots of treats… bathroom was clean . I couldn’t get the room temperature just right. But overall, it’s a five star rating . I will definitely stay there again!

The staff make this hotel incredible. Dimitri and Natascha at reception were incredible. The room was spacious, well maintained and the coffee machine was very handy. The bathroom was small but not a show stopper. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Our room felt like we were in a beautiful home. The living room was beautiful and the entire room configuration was perfect. I will always stay there! The service was top notch!

We loved our stay at Eliot. Totally walkable location but quick ride shares if needed. The staff were top notch! Each one spoke to us everytime we saw them. They were helpful and super friendly. Rooms were spacy. We asked for extra towels, shampoos, etc for our group of 4 and they were in our riom at checkin. I cant say enough about the wonderful staff! Very impressed!

The staff were the best thing about the property. They were able to recommend places to go, places to eat and best ways to get around. The room was clean and had everything a guest could want.

This was a very nice property. Rooms are well appointed. Great location for walking to nearby shopping and dining as well as the Freedom Trail and river walks.

Hello! I researched this hotel before booking it for a 3 night stay August 25 to August 28, 2024 and read several reviews that were 10/10! We were not disappointed! Pascale Schlaefi, the General Manager of this superior hotel, listened to our comments about our first night room, and offered to remedy the situation for us. This hotel manager listens and goes out of her way to make things better. She graciously upgraded us to a beautifully appointed quiet suite. Thank you Pascale for confirming that we did choose the best hotel in Boston! We will definitely recommend it to others venturing to Boston.

I don’t think they did a proper clean up of my room prior to our arrival. Found a random sock beside one of the beds.

We had a very nice stay. Walked to Fenway Park for night game. Very quiet. Getting in by car is a challenge, but valet was very helpful. Bathroom and shower very small. Would stay again

The Eliot was perfection. My husband and I would stay there again. Staff was exceptional. They were friendly and professional. Our room felt like home. The hotel was located in Back Bay and we walked to a Red Sox game. The public transport called the T was a block away and/or we could easily walk to places. I feel like we found a gem of a hotel!!!

Very relaxing stay and friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. My only complaint - our toilet made a loud, lengthy noise/squeal with every flush.☹️. Otherwise no complaints!

Great location, close to Fenway Park! Lots of food options within walking distance. We werre upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. Room was clean and a good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're travelling to see a ballgame at Fenway

Gorgeous hotel with a boutique feel. We were thrilled when we arrived and found out we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. We had made a note it was our wedding anniversary. What a lovely surprise! Will absolutely stay here again.

Staff is amazing, the hotel is amazing. Close to everything! Rooms superb. The restaurant is excellent and is a unique sushi restaurant. The whole experience is first class!

Older boutique hotel. Not sure why bathrooms can’t be cleaned up from rust and mold on a regular basis. Beds were too soft. Could use an update for the price of the night. Staff was great.

This is our second stay and we will be back in October again. This is our new home away from home in Boston. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very personal service. Amazing location and huge rooms for the price. We love it!
