We stayed here several times and everything is fine. My only gripe is that they charge for parking. But meanwhile, you can park right next door in the massive public parking lot overnight for free. The staff told me once that you could not park there overnight, but I asked the local police and they said parking there overnight was fine, plus I’ve now done it three times with no issues. But other than the parking, I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn. The people are nice. The property is nice and it is directly on the beach.

Guests are required to pay for parking. The room had a musty smell. There was a problem with the water in the bathroom sink draining properly.

The hotel itself is kinda old and ran down. The door to balcony did not shut properly and had to be assisted. Also u can not check in until 4pm. Which is only an issue after daylight savings. I was on a single day trip and was hoping to take advantage of the location.

The room was so noisy it was near the elevator and breakfast prep area. Room 122 ,I wouldn't recommend that room to anyone.

Full breakfast, 2 pools and access to the next 3 hotels pools and bars. Quick access to the beach. Get up early and watch the sunrise

The beds were not comfortable at all by Hilton standards. Also expect to be upcharged for parking.

Great friendly service. Nice stocked breakfast and walk to beach. Hotel a little worn and dated, and slower on the room-clean side, but the prices were a less than others so worth it. Close to shops/restaurants.

Hotel was great, clean, conveniently located, and the staff were courtyard helpful. Plenty of parking, and beach was great.

Everything was as expected except for the daily parking fee. I feel like if you paying to sleep somewhere you should be able to park in the enormous parking lot for free. Maybe this just added to the frustration that the bridge to get to the hotel is a toll road.

The most concerning issue was the mold surrounding the bath tub. Not sure when it had last been sanitized or serviced as the shower gel was empty as well.
The bed was uncomfortable and needs an upgrade. The room was not worth the $259 we paid for the night.

The first night I checked in I found a few bed bugs in my room. I reported it to the front desk and even took one down with me to see if that is what it was. He gave me another room and I never heard anything else from the hotel. I got a text from Hilton Honors to see how my stay was going and told them what happened and that no one at the hotel had gotten back to me or check on it..The person on the text got back to me, but still no one from the hotel ever got back with me which I feel is terrible customer service.

I've stayed at Hampton Inn hotels before so have a reasonable expectation of their service and facilities. While the staff was EXCELLENT, the amenities and facility fell short of what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn. No complimentary bottle of water either upon arrival nor in the room (a bottle was available for purchase for one dollar), and the room was dank and drab. The breakfast is great and offers several choices. The location is prime and convenient to restaurants, recreational activities, and shopping. While I understand this facility is a beach resort heavily frequented by beachgoers with children, we expected a bit more from the Hampton when paying $300+/night for the room. A bottle of water is definitely not a "deal breaker", but we've stayed at Hamptons before where it was offered so was a bit surprised to find the room bare. The location is great

Everything about our stay was ok, except our check in. We didn’t ask to check in early even though we arrived early, but, we did not get our room until well after the check in time. They kept telling me it wasn’t available, but a couple that had just rented their room 45 minutes prior to their arrival were given keys before we were and we had gotten our room 9 days prior.

They charge for parking and there is only one smoking section for the whole hotel and it’s outside right in front of the main entrance

The pool wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday. Monday was a beautiful day but the pool had so many leaves from Sunday. Don’t understand why it wasn’t vacuum. Couldn’t believe that the pool area was not lite up after dark. Would have been nice to go set out there. Otherwise things were nice

Roof leaking, air conditioning stopped working, key cards stopped working after the 5th day. Changed them out 3 times. Carpet in the room was sticky. Looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was a mattress topper on the bed and the sheets wouldn’t fit or stay on. Pillows were so old, there was no fluff left in them. I paid a lot of money for this hotel and it should have cost me half of what I paid.

During our stay we did not have any hot water. The room smelled musty. mold in the shower. did not receive room service as well. The hotel said the were going to give compensation for the inconvenience, but now they are not going to anymore. Do not stay here

Within the first 5 minutes of being in the room, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We expressed our concerns and they moved us to a new room. The new room was not cleaned too well there was hair from the lower part of a male on the soap bottle in the shower and left over toothpaste on the sink. We did not have pillow cases on the pillows so we had to ask for those. Our room was also next to the kitchen, so at 5am each morning we were awoken to the loudness of the staff and banging of cabinet doors.

We were supposed to check in at 4pm, that didn’t happen until 6:20pm. The entire Fourier was full of people trying to check in. There were 3 carts for luggage, but people had them already full and were sitting in the waiting area. So the people who did get checked in didn’t have a cart to put their luggage on. Once we got checked in our room, here’s where it went down hill. Our air conditioner was full of mold (pictured below) our bathtub had mold under the corner unit where you could put a bottle of shampoo or soap (picture below) our sheets were dirty. We went back down stairs and spoke with the attendant at the desk, I told him about room and showed him the pictures. He had me email them back to the hotel. He then put us in another room. Once we got into the new room we just cleaned the air conditioner the best we could. The same corner of the tub had mold. I understand that it’s humid and the ocean is right there. But I’m asking myself???? How are you getting away with this mold situation with the board of health in Pensacola Florida??? My husband has sarcoidosis of the lungs. We clean our air conditioner once a week. My bathroom has never had mold,or black mold. Hampton Inn we have really enjoyed our stay at every other one of your hotels. My son got looking at reviews for this location….. it would appear that we are not the only ones to voice these complaints. You have a Fantastic location!!!!! Please do Something to help yourselves!!!!!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were the thinnest, most uncomfortable pillows i have ever experienced in a hotel. It was like sleeping on nothing which ruined the night.

The front desk staff were EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. They were not friendly at all. Not a single one of them. They were put out by having to deal with customers and made that very clear. This property has a very ghetto vibe and the front desk staff have created that energy. Nothing like any of the other properties we stay at on the beach. We will NEVER return! Please send corporate to observe.
On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were all amazing and very friendly.

Check-in staff was GREAT. The Amenities were AWESOME! That's about all the positive comments I can say. I Had to ask over 3 times for bath towels, A lot of staff standing around just talking. :(

Stayed here 10 years ago and was a great experience, wasnt sure how the area or hotel was currently but was thinking of just staying a few nights to see how it was and omg it is phenomenal, breakfast was always hot and service was outstanding, so close to the beach and with 2 pools and acess to the Hilton next door there was always room for everyone. So close and walking distance to so many shops resturants that it was a 10/10 . Ended up extending our stay a few more days and was a perfect vacation. Thank you !!

The room is not cleaned properly, the room is smelly, you can see molds in the bathroom, vents, and the toilet is not anchored properly to the ground, it is pretty scary when you sit on the toilet, it moves. The shampoo & soap dispensers were empty that you have to stop in the middle of your shower to call the hotel staff to send us shampoo & soap- it’s frustrating. While in que for checking in, the line was long because there was only one person on the front desk taking care of guests checking in and out. All we hear from the guests checking out was complains (there room was not properly cleaned, etc.)
