The room was great for a family. It fit our family needs perfectly in regards to space. There were issues with towels or the lack thereof and the front desk staff was not very helpful with issues. It seemed as if they were cutting cost by limiting not providing towels and general amenities. Cheap management. Overall, It served its' purpose.

Very nice place to relax

Room smelled of too much cleaning supplies. Wash basin was outside of the bathroom. Bathroom window could be open from the outside. No lock whatsoever. They would not switch rooms for us. So maintenance cut a piece of wood to prevent the window from opening.

I haven't seen a room that sleeps 8 before! That was nice for our big group and a fair price for it. But the furniture and walls, etc. were run down and not clean.

We had ants in our room and on one side of the bed it smelt like pee. The breakfast room is so small and didn’t have a whole lot to offer.. But you get what you pay for..

The stay was not bad. Housekeeping came in the second day and took our towels but forgot to leave us hand towels or a towel to step out of the shower onto. The sink was draining very slowly the first night, and by the second night to last morning the sink would not drain at all. Space was a good size and AC worked well though with free parking below the hotel. Breakfast was provided in a room by the entrance.

Staff was polite but not enthusiastic at alll.. towels looking a bit old and with some stains.

Not many amenities that I noticed but it’s understandable since the beach is so close by I spent very little time on site to take in the property benefits. The room was very elegant and clean nonetheless. I would recommend if you’re intention is to have a comfortable “home base” while taking in all of the surrounding attractions with the e beach and downtown LA being so close

Last minute stay in the area turned into a mini vacation. Island vibes with a FL feel. I recommend this hidden gem!!

I did not stay at this hotel, When i showed up to check in, i was told i did not have a reservation even though i had a reservation number and showed whoever was at the desk my phone, he stated it was not his problem that i had driven 13 hours and didnt have a room. I had to call expedia multiple times before i could even get a refund and had to book an airbnb last minute after the hotel didnt want to help.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The staff was friendly. When they cleaned the room they would never give us the normal amount of towels, etc. Sometimes we wouldn't get any washcloths or towel for the floor when you step out of the tub. We would never get hand towels. The facility was supposed to have a washing machine and dryer. The man in the front even told me where to find it. Then when I got there and put my clothes and soap in, the machine wouldn't come on. I told them at the front desk and since it was evening and the manager wasn't there I had to wait until the next day to be told that those machines were not working yet. There was not much at breakfast, no dairy free options. The man at the front desk didn't know how to work the coffee machine and he had it flowing all over the counter and the floor. No honey for tea.

We arrived at the area, the desk person gave the minimum of attention. Got into the room and it smelled like it was just clean. (Bonus points until the room STILL reeked of the cleaner 5 hours later). Open the window, and there's no latch to lock/unlock it, plus the screen was bent. A/C unit didn't cool at all. Slept on top of the blankets all night. No microwave in room, which wasn't mentioned. Would not stay here again.

Everything was good. I would stay there again. My last stay was bit problematic because my room didn't have a closet or a place to hang my clothes and I needed to hang my Suit. I don't ware suit very often so this was a bit on an issue only this time. So yes, I would stay here again.

There we’re No towel in the room. When I went to ask for some they were not very open about giving me a towel . I made sure to let the hotel know I had kids. And there were 4 of us in the room . Room smelled like cigarettes and floor was still wait from when they cleaned it. I socks were dark brown after leaving the room. Would not stay there again

This place is a motel at best. The rooms are infested with bugs. The carpet and furniture is old. The floor in the bathroom was oily. I didnt even stay longer than an hr. Total waste of money

I love dogs as much as the next person, but dog paw stains on my bedsheets is disgusting. I don't expect much from hotels, especially budget ones like these, but I do expect a clean bed at the very least. There were dog prints all over my bed as well as cigarette burns through the mattress underneath and other suspicious stains. When I alerted hotel staff about this they said there was nothing they could do and to contact Expedia. How is Expedia going to fix that? They refused to send new bedding or move me into a different room and wouldn't even just give me new clean bedding to fix the bed myself. After sleeping on the one somewhat clean corner of the bed I went to staff the next morning and told them I wanted housekeeping to come and change my sheets as soon as possible and they said no, housekeeping isn't even here. Housekeeping did eventually show up, and I remained in the room to make sure my sheets were taken care of, and guess what folks, SHE BROUGHT ANOTHER FILTHY BEDDING SET. She started to put it on, realized those were disgusting too, and had to go and get another set. I had to request a do not disturb sign to put on my room and when I returned, my sign had been thrown to the ground and there was an empty bottle left by my front door. When my stay was over and I went to check out, me and multiple people were kept waiting while the employee hid behind the office door. All the staff there are miserable, unhelpful, and hide instead of addressing issues.
