Front office manager was nice and trusting. Room was okay too, but no room service provided during stay. They only clean after you checkout, so keep this in mind if you plan to stay longer than 1 night.

We've stayed at this location before and it's not loud or uncomfortable. This time, the room must not have been in use for awhile because there was a dank smell. If you are expecting customers, at least check that the room smells nice. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioners in the wall containers and although I was happy to get a smoking room, the comforter had burn holes in it.

Got into the first room, tv wasn't working properly. Talked to the front desk, she was more than accommodating, and moved us to another room next door. The TV was still messed up, but didnt want to bother then again. I decided to take a shower, when I got out I blindly just turned the light off. I didnt realize there was a blow dryer plugged in- that had a broken cord- and I got a pretty big shock. When I went to tell the front desk, she said that the housekeeper shouldnt have left that there. Also informed me the tvs usually have issues because of direct tv. Regardless, wouldnt stay here again.

Our first room the tv didn’t work right so they moved us to another room the second room was about the same the tv worked but keep pausing while playing and then we found roaches

The room smelled bad and when i went to bath the water was not hot.

Check-in went smooth, lobby is nice looking. Wasn’t ever able to connect to WiFi (2 different devices), the tv also didn’t work - turned on if you pressed real hard on the remote but all I could get was the DirectTV message there was a problem connecting to a satellite. The tub/shower cold water knob took an excessive amount of force to turn.
I did like that you can take a trail to downtown. I recommend taking the trail back too, we did not take the trail back and there were few sidewalks and the area you have to walk through to get back wasn’t a great area.

Everything was damp upon arrival. They put a dehumidifier in the room and changed the sheets. Dehumidifier filled overnight and stopped working. Woke to wet floors and condensation on the walls. I had the thermostat set where the front desk told me to. 68-70. Mold on the lamp shades over the beds as well!

Place was nasty wall so then you can hear the people next-door having sex all night long. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

It’s a great place to stay but need up the bed they are not good and the shower curtain need to be longer water gets all over the floor and the pool need to be open longer the 9 pm other then that we had a great stay

We were told up front at check in that there was no room service which didn’t bother us. The room itself was mostly clean other than some residue on a night stand. The front door stuck and had to be shoved open. That was the bad (and it wasn’t that bad in my opinion). The good was a nice big comfy bed, pretty quiet location, no bugs (I’ve left motels due to them), and a really nice pool.

Room was fine. Breakfast was small. Seemed like half the place was being renovated. Pool looked nice, but never got in. I did like the hiking trail right behind the hotel too. I stayed by myself so it wasn’t a big deal but probably wouldn’t have brought my family around. I got what I paid for and that’s ok.

It's a motel, I chose it for the price. If you only need 1 or 2 nights it will do. They did have breakfast, some coffee, juice cereal, muffins, yogurt, and one day they had fruit. My biggest gripe was the room felt "wet" the humidity is so high, I think the ac is more of a swamp cooler as the sheets feel wet, even the towels seem almost damp. Its weird and uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

Had a wonderful stay! The gentleman that ran the front desk was very kind and helpful! The pool was nice and has a 8ft side! The beds weren’t very comfortable and could use a couple more pillows but overall for a weekend stay it was great!

Wonderful stay. Property does need a little upgrading but was very clean. Nice breakfast. Employees went above and beyond service for our party.

The bed mattress was extremely hard, very uncomfortable to the point where my body was so sore till it felt like it'd been hit or beaten up with a board. (2) The water in sink didn't have much pressure.

Stayed in a room where everything was damp, musty and smelled like mildew. The air conditioning was cold, but the floors were wet and slick. Too much humidity or something. We were too tired to complain and had checked in late. Staff was friendly at check in. Room was nice sized and stocked for all four of us.

A dated property but it was clean and the landscaping beautiful. Back in the day I’m sure it was a prime location and facility. If you don’t mind that it’s dated and just need a good, clean family run property you’d like it. Great pool and lounge area. We certainly appreciated it.
