This is an older hotel in good condition. They have cleaned as best possible. Room was large & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Bagels, scrambled eggs, no waffles, but the breakfast was still good. Friendly staff.

Very quiet room. The window overlooked the lobby, which was nice, but there was no natural light. This also made it more quiet. Interesting sculptures in the lobby.

I have stayed here a few times now. I think this is the best under $80 a night place to stay in Gallup. The rooms are large and the rooms with 2 queen size beds cost less than the rooms with 1 king size bed. The rooms inside, just off the lobby are quiet and close to the breakfast.

Stayed for several days for a relocation to town. Manager allowed us to check in a little early because of our very long drive.
They always cleaned our room thoroughly upon request and on time. Friendly staff and decent breakfast too.

When I was going to check in, something was going on that a couple packed there stuff and left
The property, this made me question if I made the right decision to stay there. The desk attendant wasn’t so friendly, felt like your here, here’s your keys. Was told, and a sign said, $100 for incidentals. This hotel, I feel, doesn’t need to do $100 incidentals, more like $25 or $50. I walked into my room and there was a strong odor of some sorts, I tried to determine the smell but gave up after 10 minutes.
Breakfast was bleh.
Was checking out and they called the housekeeper to check my room to see if it was okay so they could refund me my incidental charge. That felt ugly like I did something to the room.

Rooms are nice but very old and dated older Hotel . Breakfast is later than usual we were gone before it even started . But overall good place if just for one night .

The set up was different and interesting. I was concerned that it might be a noisy location between the airport and the train line but the way the rooms all faced inward made for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Good hotel to sleep and shower, although you couldn’t adjust the air in room so that was a bit uncomfortable due to it getting hot at night. The breakfast was not that great had to wait 30 minutes for them to refill after it was finished. But overall a quiet and clean hotel.

Seem to be falling down. A lot of deferred maintenance Everywhere. They advertised an in-house restaurant but it was nonexistent. Spent $20 to get to Applebee’s for dinner. It was kind of a weird stay on many levels.

Got to hotel late and was leaving early next morning. The room had a strong cleaning odor. The shower head must have been worked on prior. There was a rather large gap around whole that shower head went into drywall. Also where shower wall meets floor by toilet was dirty and wall had a stained rusted spot in corner

We accidently drove around back. Very scary, broke down car, boarded up windows. Are room was all the way in the back and we were looking for a close parking spot because I am disabled. The room was rough needs updated but was overall nice and clean. The ac unit kicked on and off all night.

Adequate for an overnight rest. Lobby was nicer than han the rooms. Air conditioner in room was VERY noisy all night.
