They lied about me staying there and I left because they had roaches. Didn’t stay no more than 2 hours

It was fine for what I needed for

One of the worst hotel visits I ever had.. everything was so wrong with this place. The place was so dirty, cockroaches and spiders, the bed was dirty, the tub was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, no bathroom tissue, to use the pool was $10, blood on the sheets, dirty bathroom and to top it off the doors didn't lock. I wish I could get my money back but I couldn't.

Disgusting hotel! ROACHES EVERYWHERE ON THE CEILINGS COMING THROUGH THE DOORS IN THE FRIDGE AIR-CONDITIONING EVEN ON THE HEADBOARD! I PICKED up my sandwhich AND A ROACH CRAWLED FROM UNDER IT!! I AM Soooooooo DISGUSTED I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!

We arrived and were assigned a room that was dirty and had bedbugs. We were given a new room, but it wasn't any cleaner. There were cockroaches in the hallway, and the pictures do not match reality at all. There is a constant smell of we... We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but one night is enough. I don't understand how Hotels.com lists this on their website. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

So Damned awful worthless and needs to bulldozed to the ground full insteaded with roaches and overall filth. Expedia was little to no help and attempted to offer $25 cash discount on another stay. Come on! Can't they even do something?

Our first room we were given smelled like mold and mildew, it also had bed bugs under both mattresses. Our 2nd room we were given was only a 1 bedroom king. Between 2 people. That room also was unclean and not clean enough to stay in it. We were with a group. Our one friends room had heroin needles under the bed and no toilet paper or towels. And my brother's room had the fridge in the middle of the floor unplugged and garbage still in the room. I did not know how to go about asking for a refund through Expedia or I would have. That night we slept in the parking lot because no other hotels would take us. Not to mention when we brought up the bed bugs the hotel clerk told us she knew about the roaches but not the bed bugs. That hotel should be condemned and is not safe. I wish I could get my money back.

Didn’t even stay for 30 minutes before leaving. Changed rooms 3 times and still wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the room. l attempted to stay but the baby roach sent me on my way and I took that lost!

You guys have a serious problem with roaches! I will never stay here again. The towels were dirty and over all the place is just nasty.

I was only offered dirty rooms and rooms that did not have doir knobs, no TV working, no phone working, dirty floors you name it. Want q refund. The girl at the front desk did not show anh type of hospitality, customer service, dud let me know anything about the hotel accommodations very liw class and inconsiderate

There was cockroaches in the bathroom. We had NO TOWELS! When we asked the lady upfront she said “You have nothing!?! No sheets, blankets or pillows!?!” I told her yea but do u expect me to dry off with those? She replied if you have too. We had to use or clothes. Not only that my car got broken into. They destroyed my driver side door. I have called twice but it seems they can’t look back on camera and I’m still waiting on the manager to contact me.

The room was nasty.I asked for a King sighs bed Was given a double bed the freezer of the frigerator Had a blocked eyes the door wouldn't close.The curtains were ripped in torn hanging They ran out of towels.They didn't have any tiles in the whole hotel and they even had a pool And they also have roaches in the bathroom

Don't stay at this hotel, its has roaches that gets in the refrigerator and microwave. The rooms and the bathrooms are dirty. No towels or tissue in the room.

No remote No hot water Loose kids No coffee/ breakfast

Very convenient for getting back and forth to my family while in town

Had roaches in my room. No towels and the staff tried to make me pay extra for my children to use the pool

I found bed bugs on the bed and I every time I asked for some clean towels they never had none washed yet

No towels no garbage bags dirty rooms and pool area

They didn’t have enough towels, couldn’t believe that. Went and bought my own.
