Amazing walk-in and check in service. When we got into our room, everything was clean and tidy. However, when night came for sleep, the air conditioner is so loud that it wakes you up every time it turns on making us sleepless.

Always perfect staying at The Crystal. I love how it’s in the middle of EVERYTHING, safe, so many options for dining, super friendly and accommodating staff at all levels, and aesthetically beautiful. Best place for the end of a long fall play day!

The staff was awesome. Super helpful and friendly!! They all made such a fuss over our dog too. The room was warm and cozy with everything we need to make our stay special - including dog treat, bowl and linen for the dog. Wonderful weekend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Lodge. The lobby was very cosy, with loveseats and a propane fireplace. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many dining choices as well as a few niche shops. The village around Crystal Lodge has just about everything you need within a 15 minute walk. It is also close to a lot of great hiking trails and parks. The rooms were adequate. They could definitely use some sprucing up. Simple things like fixing the caulking around the tub or a quick coat of paint would make a big difference. Unfortunately we found the king sized bed quite uncomfortable. A topper or a mattress upgrade would be welcome. The only other negative would be the parking. It’s a bit pricey and the spots are so small. We mostly walked from the hotel so once we found a spot, we luckily didn’t have to move too much.

Very well located. Well appointed rooms. Though found room size too small. Also did not understand logic if being charged hefty amount for each nights parking even after paying for rooms.

Loved this hotel. The young lady from New Zealand at the reception area was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suit that was amazing the town itself is really pretty and walkable with a lot of restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay. My girls and I went for a few days away. We ate at the old spaghetti factory (which is attached to the restaurant). Parking was convenient and we walked all around Whistler and Blackcomb. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. We will be back!!

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Whistler over the years. The Crystal is definitely excellent value by any standards.

Excellent location, pool was well heated and complimentary cocktails was a bonus.

You won’t sleep if you’re beside the bar next door until it closes at 1:00 in the morning. Room 261 was nice but it feels like the live band is right in your room.

We stayed for one night, it wasn’t bad

We loved the location and the hotel and staff were great and very accommodating. We were disappointed that the hot tub was down. And the first night our toilet broke but we were graciously moved to a very upgraded room That we were more than happy with! They also comped our valet parking cost for us which was a surprise but a very nice gesture. Thank you very much to the staff for being amazing about everything! We will be back

Amazing Stay!

The internet check-in does not work currently for people living outside N America. It will not accept a UK ZIP code or telephone number, for example, nor can you scroll down through the list of countries to click on 'United Kingdom'. We wasted >20minutes trying to make this work (iPhone 14 user) and eventually gave up and checked in on arrival at the desk. There is inadequate parking on arrival, so we could not park to check in before accessing the underground parking. This caused confusion, stress and delay, and we were given conflicting info on parking by the bellman and girl on reception desk. In fact you can proceed direct to the parking lot without checking in: just drive slowly up to the parkade door and it will open automatically. Room was noisy because of very loud and late party-type activity at bar on corner across street (well after 2.30 am). No doubt this is why ear plugs are provided in room without having to ask.

Clean , nice , helpful staff

Easy parking in garage, though it's a little tight. Property itself was clean and tidy, room was nice and comfortable. Location was great. Gym was tiny with very few machines but they offer a voucher to a nearby gym that's much better. Would stay again.

Great location, and i gave 2 star for cleanliness in the sense that they still kept the used bar soap for the next guest, which is very unhygienic for me personally. Otherwise, it great

Quiet and well appointed accommodations

Good location

This is an excellent hotel for a family. It is located right in the centre of Whistler village with great accessibility to everything. We stayed in a loft suite which was plenty comfortable for 5 of us, the loft suites are two floor suites with bedroom and bathroom on top floors and then kitchen, bathroom and pull down bed on the bottom floor. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Recommend!

Nice facilities, and very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the room and the way you welcomed our dog as we only stay in dog friendly hotels!
