Excellent breakfast and clean room.

Was told the pool was closed yet later people were in the pool. Also fire alarm went off three times and i had to yell to the end of the hall at the desk clerk to see if we were to evacuate. TV date stamp was off by three months and couldnt load any channels. Will NOT stay here again.

First room we were assigned to did not have any A/C. Was relocated to a room that did not have enough towels for the 4 people that were staying in the room (3). Was provided a bath mat x3 instead of washcloths when asked at the front desk. Found several dead stink bugs in the room. Lights in bathroom not fully functional.

The breakfasr was good, people were friendly. Only downside was our bathroom door and a drawer were broken.

I was on a family trip through the Midwest and stayed at three Best Western Plus. Of the three, this one was dated. The other ones were modernized, but this one needed an upgrade.

Breakfast was cleaned out 45 minutes early

We only stayed 1 night. They are pet friendly and have side entrances where we could safely bring our 3 chihuahuas in without a lot of chaos. It was located where we could find it easily and not have to go out of our way. The continental breakfast was exceptional

The facility was not clean. The fitness center was missing half of the free weights. I was in town for work and stopped by my room to get something in the middle of the day. I saw roaches coming out in the bathroom and immediately packed up and left.

The smell of the room was awful. I had to buy air freshners and spray to make it bearable. Everything we owned and our suitcases smelled of this. I'm not sure if it was the air conditioner or what. The toilet had stains in it and there was a stain on the sheets.

Pleased with our stay, breakfast was adequate but could have used more of a selection.

Great place to stay for an overnight. Decent breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The property was clean enough. Good value. One night stay with taxes and fees was approx $87 total. Price paid matches expectations.

Nice spot to lay your head. Clean rooms and decent breakfast options. Nice staff. We didn’t stay long enough to try the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained!!

Nice clean and quiet

The reviews we read about this location were really good. However, they were nowhere near accurate. The whole hotel looks like it is in desperate need of repairs. Not to mention, our room door would not close properly. Overall, this experience was less than ideal or favorable and it is making me not want to book another Best Western ever again.

It was creepy at first because the drawers would open on it's own.

Lots of great food options. Place is fine.

Easily located near plenty of shopping and dining options

We went for a wrestling tournament. The room was confortable and my sleep was amazing. The room was 80 degrees when we walked in so that was very uncomfortable. Turning down the temperature worked just fine. This hotel is simply a place to get some sleep and get some food in you for the next morning. The elevator was pretty janky, but it works. I wish they would've kept the eggs supplied, but they left the serving dish empty for awhile even when there was a whole hour left for breakfast.

There wasn't a whirlpool as advertised.

very run down hotel old needs total update. very little food for the breakfast. at 6 am only2 pieces of fruit with mold on them. tables dirty. young black man sitting in the kitchen area just laughing away on his phone . Garbage on arrival and next day departure overflowing outside the main door. Indian-mexican man at checkout couldnt speak any english was sleeping at 6am when we walked up to him. new years day.

Was there for a night wasn’t bad. Needs some updating but it worked.

Property was below average. Pool was under maintenance, and my TV wasn’t working properly because it was stuck on headphone mode. My phone in the room did not work either. I had to walk to speak to the front desk a few times due to this inconvenience. They came to my room to try to fix the TV and to no avail did it get resolved. The manager said he would call someone to fix it but nobody came. So no working TV or phone. Very inconvenient when spending $212. Dollars. I had booked my room along with a family member months ago and they would not let me check in for them. I tried to pay for both rooms but they would not let me pay for them since they weren’t there yet. They told my family member to swipe his card when they arrived. I expressed to them this error on their part and they would not reverse it to recharge my credit card. I tried calling the front desk when this took place and the phone was inoperable. I had to walk to the front desk to speak again to the manager on duty. They made my family member swipe his card. And I thought it was to keep it on file until checkout. They charged our rooms prior to checkout. What hotel does that?!? Both of us were not aware of this. No communication! I called 4x to ask for some discount due to this inconvenience but he only could offer 500 points towards any hotel. I asked what the 500 points were equivalent to and he said I don’t know. So not sure what the conversation was for because was not clear. Worst experience!

Was a little upset that the pool and gym was closed. But overall it was a great experience

I booked a room with king-sized bed with refrigerator and microwave but the microwave was missing. Eventually I got a different room but with a smaller queen size bed

My stay here was terrible - the only good thing was that they had a room available for that night. Even then it wasn't the type of room that we had reserved and had a different number of beds. We also found upon arriving at the room that the trashcans were full and somebody else's belongings had been left behind on the couch - it seemed as if the room hadn't been fully cleaned. We couldn't call down to the front desk with the phone in the room because it didn't work, but we called the front desk on a cell phone and asked if there was another room available. This second room was immediately worse upon entry when greeted with a strong smell of mildew. Upon removing our shoes we also discovered the entire carpet was damp and soaked our socks with mildew-water. The bathroom tub was also extremely slippery and caused a large fall that could have been catastrophic.
