The staff was friendly and I appreciate the gift bag gesture.

I discovered mold in the bathroom ceiling and was transferred to another room. I appreciate the accommodation in quickly moving to another room. However, I was taken back when the team member asked me to specify my recompense for the inconvenience via BonVoy points. I shorted myself and said a free night. However, the right thing to do would have been to comp my stay or reward me 3 nights of BonVoy points. When it was time for me to check out, there was a wait for the front desk staff.

Room was dirty open soap in the shower food and trash everywhere/ breakfast wasn’t restock at 7am

staff was nice and the inside of the building was clean. the room was well stocked with toiletries.

when first arrived the parking lot had garbage all over. the breakfast included in the room was short on choices and they ran out of stuff.

The pool wasn't as clean. Scum/dead skin build up around edge of pool.

The breakfast and the conversation with other guests and staff were amazing. I knew one of the staff members husband. I had not seen his wife in person in over 22 years.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Again, the bed was not comfortable at all!
