Room was chilly. Heater was either too hot or cold but never comfortable. Tv reception was slow and there was no book in the room telling us the amenities. We wanted to go to the pool early and there was no time listed for pool opening and they wouldn’t let us in until after 8

While checking us in, the person working the front desk was too busy worrying about what everyone was doing in the lobby instead of checking us in. She said she had to keep an eye on them. There were softball girls and families enjoying some time together in the lobby. She yelled at a little boy who was running. Kids run, who cares. She called the cops three times (that we knew of) in the two days we were there. Condition of the hotel is poor. We won't be staying here again.

Quick pit stop on the way to grand forks- hotel is super convenient off the interstate and is clean and quiet

Lovely stay. I really wish they had coffee or tea in the lobby as only two paper cups and two pods were in room. Two adults. No smokers bench or cig disposal. I don’t smoke but there were cigarette butts all over. Picked this facility as a restaurant advertised on site. Went down for breakfast and restaurant did not open until 11:00.

The room was clean and decent. The housekeeping do a great job there with the bathroom cleaning. Good room size for a standard with 1 king bed. The front desk people were something left to be desired. I showed up and gave the desk peeson my name and reservation, and she told me i couldn't check in until 3pm. I returned at 2:30pm and there was a line of guests checking in. To be honest, she was just rude. Some point during the night, the staff blanket messaged a block of rooms about smoking. I didn't smell anything nor do I care if someone was smoking.

It was generally neat and clean but it was overwhelming with all the perfumed cleaners. Left me with a headache. The room was dark and a little dingy looking. In need of updating. The bed was okay as to comfort level. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was fine but I won’t stay again due to chemical sensitivity and I like a brighter environment.

Only complaint was the curtain didnt go all the way to the bottom. Stopped about 6in grom the bottom. Sucks if you want to sleep in.

I will never stay in another Holiday Inn. Great place, very nice staff, immaculate room—but they’ve put their fee for having a dog stay *one night* up to $50. It’s highway robbery, and I won’t ever stay in any of Holiday Inn’s various brands again. Find a way to charge a reasonable fee and let me know. Also, Expedia, please require hotels to list the fee for a pet.

Not pet friendly....too many hiding places. Hotel lobby very dated and spooky. Hallways are dark. I liked the bathroom though.

Hotel was very nice but the pool closed on a Friday at 9pm. Kids were very disappointed when we arrived to find this out. That's way too early especially when traveling for a softball tournament.

We were in town for. Comedy show located perfectly a short drive to the Coronado plus plenty of dining opportunity’s.

I called the day before arrival and told them about my husband's disability. Person assured us the room would be on the first level or near the elevators. During check in the women was very short with me and didnt care what i was telling her. She just hand me the room key and didn't even tell me what directions the room was. So the room was the last room doen the hallway from the elevators. We past 22 rooms to get to our room. Room was very clean but the outside and hallways were dirty

The check in process was extremely fast and efficient. The Room was spacious and clean with necessary amenities. The bathroom was very clean. Something often overlooked amoung hotels is shower head, water temp. and water pressure. The water pressure was steady and strong and the temperature never dipped. The perfect hotel for buisness or casual travel.
