Very nice hotel to stay at close to Disney. This hotel is amazing and will always hold a special place in our Disney hearts !

The room was nice! the property was amazing! proximety is amazing! i give the entire resort 9/10, my only take away was we were on the bottom floor and the people above us were so noisy...i think maybe the floors were so thin and it made for even more noise

It was a great stay with a clean pool, plenty of choices for food and drink, as well as friendly staff. The bed was pretty well work on one side, and could have used a rotation from constant use.

The bartenders were excellent. The drinks were amazing and top notch customer service.

I always enjoy my stay at the Anaheim! The staff is friendly and answer any questions I need! The hotel is spacious and clean! It’s very quiet for being a hotel close to Disneyland! The pool area is very nice! I especially love how it was decorated for Halloween and for the Disney racers!

When I called for the reservation, I asked for a Parkview room which cost more found out when I got there. None of the rooms were really Parkview. They just charged me not happy. So that being said, we will not stay there again

The hotel and property were very clean but the bathrooms were old and could use a refresh. The shower pressure was a little intense. I was surprised and disappointed to find that no hair dryer was provided…to me this is a basic that should be available. The rooms are also advertised as having microwaves which was not the case. The lack of those two amenities were the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. A couple of other negatives: the soda machines were very finicky and room service was disappointing. With a full restaurant I was hoping that room service would have a few more options, at least pizza. I ordered the western nachos and they were not as described in the menu. It was literally just chips with some guacamole, sour cream, a small amount of cheese, and sliced cooked tomatoes. There were no beans and no pico de gallo. Aside from all of that I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The distance to walk to Disneyland was very reasonable and the retro theme of the hotel was fun. We didn’t have time to visit the pool but it looked very nice. I would also have liked to visit the restaurant and lounge if I had the time. The beds were comfy and the TV had all the channels we like to watch. We would definitely recommend.

Very cozy hotel and affordable, the hotel itself is probably in need of a remodel since the rooms are dated but honestly they are clean and comfy I’d miss the old fashion style rooms if they did change it up. I come here every year and have had only a few complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful! I cannot wait to comeback again.

Overall the staff were lovely and the rooms were serviceable. What you’re really paying for is the location - only a block from the main gates to the Disney Parks. I had a blast!

Hotel is so close to Disney - takes ten minutes to get to the gate. The pool is large and good. Cheapest rooms have a very tired bathroom - but that didn’t impact our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The linens and towels felt clean. The rest of the room felt undercleaned. The room was partially remodeled and the unmodeled portion was very unclean. The tops of the dresser and bedside table had marks and finger prints. The bathroom felt dirty; I cleaned the surfaces with Colorox wipes I brought with. The tub/shower needs a deep clean. I know this is a budget motel but they charge too much not to properly clean.

I stayed in room 132 with a balcony to see the Sydney fireworks and it looked amazing it brightens my daughter face, also pool was warm to swim and also the jacuzzi was great. I enjoy my two nights and I’ll definitely will book it again next time I’ll visit Disneyland. Thanks for a great hospitality The Anaheim Hotel.

Overall is was good. We've stayed many times and have not had issues before. However there were a a few negatives this time, AC didn't work very well, the refrigerator didn't work while we were there, not enough toilet paper, when requesting an order for room service they stated you'd have to come down and pick it up. The Topgolf experience was fun but the screen was broken and we rented for an hour and they did not have any service for the first 30 minutes. Had to look for someone to order drinks. As well as finding them to get our drinks and return our card after the hour was up. At my own fault I left a whole drawer of my daughter's clothes by accident and when contacting the hotel they stated that they never found anything. Easily $100 worth of clothes just missing which is extremely upsetting.

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. The location to the parks is very convenient. The grounds and lobby are nice and welcoming. The front desk staff and bell service staff were great. The rooms are comfortable but need updating and repairs. The carpets and curtains were dirty and the bathroom counter was stained. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and the shampoo dispenser was either empty or broken. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Very close to dosney, stagf was great so was rhe food just we had a bottom room and it kinda smelled little musty but other than that, great big pool, giant chess and games. Highky recomend with family, they take care pf you

I stayed at the property about 5 years ago. I was put into a run down room, wet, cold, dark looking dungeon of a room with dirt and grime in the room and bathroom and I refused to return. 5 years later and a friend of mine raved about her stay, so I gave it a shot. It was comfortable and the pool was great. The staff was amazing and bed were so comfortable. My only complaint is again, the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair on the floor right as I entered. The caulking was just dirty and grimey looking. There was a random hole in the wall. I want to love this hotel. I do. I will give it another shot. I purchased and upgraded room for this trip as well. Maybe I’ll try the suite?

It’s a great location and super close to the parks. The price is always right and the rooms have great little patios. Great stay!

I wish this property limited parking to only people staying at the resort and their guests as parking was hard to find out front. The happy hour is amazing. The pool and live music is a must. Rooms are outdated and needs some updating but other than that location to disney is amazing. Ill be staying here again soon.

I love the mid-century modern look of this hotel. We were there for a Disney fan club convention at the Anaheim convention center so the location is perfect between Disneyland and ACC. The outdoor spaces are also very nice. Could be updated a little but we would stay there again. The staff was very helpful.

This was our first stay here and we could come back because the location to the parks is amazing and having 2 king beds was great. Nice pool too but it’s hard to relax en the DJ blares music all afternoon. Overall a solid option in the area.

The hotel itself was great. Very convenient to Disney and offered a lot of good amenities. My room on the other hand was bad. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was gross and the water pressure was pretty much nonexistent. I was left a cracked drinking glass in the room as well. The shower and sink had chips all over it and the air duct ran right through the shower so you could hardly lift your hands to wash. Was expecting much more from the room after being very impressed with the hotel.

I liked that The Anaheim Hotel had a restaurant, The Pizza Press, on property open till 1am which we went to after staying out at Disneyland until midnight. The pizza was quite good and thin crust, we dont like a lot of leftover thuck crust on the outside. There is cauliflower crust for $6.50 extra if you are gluten intolerant. Dislikes: Be aware there are no elevators to the 2nd floor there was a ramp which we discovered after we had alreadt lugged up our carryons and backpacks up the stairs. I wish the staff had told me about the ramp but not a big deal. The ramp is only on one end of the building and there were stairs are on the other end. What I REALLY didn't like was that on Expedia, to rent a rollaway bed is advertised as costing $10 per night, but when I got to The Anaheim Hotel, the staff said the actual charge for the rollaway bed is $20 per night. The hotel should correct that (I did notify the hotel of that via a separate review that they had emailed me.) I also wish microwaves came with the room but as of 8/4/24, front desk said it costs $15 for 10 days. There is a microwave you can use in the gift shop but their hours are limited and not convenient if you're in a building far away from the gift shop like we were or you arrive back late after Disneyland.

We love staying at this hotel when we go to Disneyland. It’s very close walking distance and is a very good nightly rate comparably. The hotel is nice and clean. There’s no breakfast included but that’s ok for us since we typically do character brunches at Disney. We will usually stop at the pizza spot on property one night and it’s good and quick. Not really anything bad to say about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location, nice lobby, nice pool, but room bathrooms need updating and carpets as well (wear, tear). Late check out is offered and advertised but is not actually available, really would have appreciated that accommodation after spending 4 nights at the hotel. Not a lot to ask especially if I’m willing to pay the fee for it.

My family and I vacationed here in July of 2024, overall the stay was pleasant, with a tidy room each night we returned. However, housekeeping could do better cleaning/maintaining the bathroom, mostly in the shower. The night we checked in, there was grime from showering products on the walls and the provided hair and body wash could have used a refill. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel with a tasty pizza restaurant.
