just locating near Disneyland but it’s not worth because between 7 day they did nothing clean even not change bed sheets so amazing

they don’t care cleaning in room even breakfast although very bad I did not eat any single day they give just coffee and donuts they told us it’s breakfast nothing for children’s. it’s very bad experience in my life

Some things at least worked like the refrigerator and the TV.

There was broken furniture, a nonworking stove, it took the clerks hours to get us a replacement room. We were changing switching rooms at almost midnight. We didn’t get any cleaning services the entire time we were there we spoke to the people at the front desk when we went to check out and they told us we needed to contact our booking service—you guys. The previous room smelled bad, and the king size bed we got in the new room had a spring sticking out of it on one side.

terrible cot with springs visible through the threadbare material, not everyone got their own pillow at night so we had to buy one at target, hard to get ahold of low staff, people smoking pot right outside the door, fire alarm going off. windows locked so we couldn’t air it out, very expensive for the compared area, no cleaning service the entire time. no information on if we could do laundry. slow internet.

The breakfast was a joke! If you call coffee with a granola bar breakfast. There was no water, juice or milk for people that don’t like coffee or options for my kids.

The location and centralization was the best perk, however, that can be found in nearly every surrounding business.

I didn't like the fact that the room was inadequate due to the facilities' construction throughout the building. It advertised a kitchen, yet had no dishes available. Hairdryers are typically a given in a room, and I had to call for one. There was graffiti and grime in the drawers of the dresser and this is the first place I've ever felt the need to lay a towel down inside the dresser in order to utilize it and keep my clothing clean.

all the staff members I came in contact with were very nice. Michael was really nice and understanding. everyone was up beat and very helpful.

it was hair in the shower, the phone didn’t work, the stove didn’t work ( made a loud popping sound when I tried turning it on), weird smell In the hallway/ room.

Arrived after midnight so my room had been canceled. The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Kristal was very helpful and made sure to get us taken care of and in our room so we didn't have to find a new place to stay. Very good service on her part

loved how close it was to Disneyland. we Ubered over to the park everyday for less than $10 per ride.

we had to ask for a hair dryer and after being promised that they would have one ready for us, they didn’t, and they had to send the maintenance man to go check to see if they had anymore. our room door also didn’t lock all the way from either side. so every day we would have to pull on the door really really hard and pull the handle up and jiggle it around to see if we could get it to lock. we were right underneath the security cameras, but it’s still quite unnerving when you’re not at the hotel all day.

Not equipped as an extended stay , not as advertised shower horribly small stream. Not comfortable at all. Furniture cracked and broken in some areas. Was advised 3rd party took funds prior to check-in but hotel had no idea how much. Very unprofessional.

I had really low expectations because of the reviews. so I was extremely relieved to have a clean, quiet, comfortable stay! The hotel staff was excellent. I loved having a kitchen. free parking. grab n go breakfast.

the staff was rude especially the lady that was at night. the only person who was actually nice was the guy that kept everything clean. i got to my check in early and of course i understood that i probably wasn’t going to get my room i sat in the lobby to charge my phone. a group of gentlemen walked in and asked to leave their luggage their till they got their room and i asked for the same and they said no because they wouldn’t be responsible. other people just did and i say there until my check in time i didn’t know i couldn’t pay half cash half card but the way i was talked down too was unacceptable. and then i understood their dryer was broken but to not have towels ?!? then i asked the front desk person if she’d bring them up if she could because i had been in my feet for hours she gave me the biggest attitude. and again i understood that they don’t clean till you leave but if just wanted someone to sweep because the floor was dirty i couldn’t even get that. worst experience ever

The only positive to this hotel is it’s walking distance to Disneyland.

We checked in late, approximately 2230 (10:30 pm) and only one of our rooms were available. The front desk stated our second room had not been cleaned by house keeping and we would have to wait another 30 minutes until the room was available. With a party of 10 (5 kids) this was a terrible inconvenience, jet lag/tired kids. Unfortunately I didn’t stop there, the cot they provided to us was terrible! It was old and you could feel every spring in the mattress. We spoke to one of the front desk clerks and she even joked (not funny) that she is not sure why the hotel gives the cot’s to guests. Eventually we had to get a new room because on day 2 the toilet wouldn’t even flush. We got a new room but when we tried to talk to a manager we were told one was not available and they could not tell us when one would be available because the manager schedule isn’t posted. I left a message for the manager but I never received a returned a phone call. Ultimately we got a hold of a manager but it wasn’t until we kept calling repeatedly to the front desk. I could continue by talking about the amenities, or lack there of, the shower not draining properly or the nasty towels but with the terrible check-in, the cleanliness of the room (sticky floors and random food in the fridge), the cot, and the toilet not flushing, those things are non-comparable. I strongly recommend choosing a neighboring hotel. You’ll thank me later.

The staff named Michael checked us in and out, he was very conversational and professional. I called ahead of time asking if I could check in an hour early and he said they could do that. When we arrived he chatted with us about our travel and was very nice and funny. I would come back for Michael alone!

The carpet in our room was wet the whole time. I think it was because of the AC unit but it did leave a little bit of a funky smell.

nothing my laptop and pair of $400 Jordan’s were stolen. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE

Only thing we liked was location

Staff not very professional. Worst part was cleanliness of facility. Room was not what we expected at all. There was hair in bathroom sink and tub. Sheets looked as if they hadn’t been changed. Food selection for breakfast was horrible.
