My husband had an overnight stay at a hospital nearby. I was able to get a good night sleep as going home wasn't on option because we live too far away. When he was released at 6:00 AM from that, he was able to get almost 6 hours more sleep in our room because checkout time is at noon! A win/win for both of us!

The room was really good, loved the long bathtub as i am 6 foot 5, the hotel itself was clean and comfy. The location was perfect we were close to so many locations including the convention center. My only issue is probably a personal preference and that was the beds were way too stiff for my back and hips made it hard to sleep.

Very clean hotel with wonderful bed. The breakfast had very nice choices . The mall was a little far for us to walk but only a few minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to access, room is a good size and comfortable, one issue, the bathroom fan runs constantly and is very noisy, another, the bathroom needs an update with baseboards being dirty looking

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn Idaho Falls several times. We had a little trouble finding it this time, because they moved to a new building. Everything is brand new, rooms, lobby, pool, everythng. But, they have boosted the rate. It's no longer the good deal it used to be. For the higher rate, they could boost the quality of the breakfast. We'll probably shop around more next time.

The room was clean. We traveled with family. Kids especially enjoyed the pool after long drive in the car. The breakfast has variety to choose from and it is conveniently located to the shops.

Although we have stayed at this location before it has been some time since our last stay. The quality is very good for the most part. But as with all hotels it is how well we can rest and sleep that makes the greatest difference. I have slept on a few harder surfaces than the mattress we had here. I am not sure why it was so hard. At first thought it was just firm. But by morning the stiffness and sore arm from lack of circulation was at little more than unpleasant. I will admit that even the best hotels we've stayed at usually have mattresses that are not as comfortable as our own it is not frequent to find one that is this hard. Our room amenities were nice considering we had been put in a suite. It would be nice if there was something that was available to make the bed a little more comfortable. The older we get these kind of things become more apparent due to our worn out bodies. Overall it was a nice stay. At least everything else was comfortable.

We ended staying at another hotel in the area. Up until now, Hampton Inn has always been a sure thing. I have always had excellent experiences with Hampton Inn. This was the exception. The property was tired and in need of an update. My husband and I were in Idaho Falls for a medical procedure. The Hampton was so sub par we booked with a Marriott property nearby. We did not even speak to the Hampton about this and took the hit on paying for both hotels.

Clean, friendly, well lit parking, cookies, mix of hot and cold breakfast items, very comfortable beds-firm nut not too hard.

Elevator was down and we was on third floor. Bed was super firm. Jets don't work very well on hot tub. Breakfast was horrible, didn't eat the second day. TV didn't work the first day we was there. 8" of fresh snow when we first got there and sidewalks never got shoveled while we there.

Great stay. However, Hampton needs to remove that they provide a local and airport shuttle service. They do not. This was also the reason I booked here.
