It was nice to have a private hot tub on the balcony. It would've been nice to have a microwave though

Excellent location, staff, room accommodations and restaurant in hotel! There was nothing not to love me except for steep prices during graduation weekend.

Greatest experience ever!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds comfortable and room clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast in room and hot tub a plus. Lobby could look a little more inviting. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. One minute from the beach. Only complaint we had was the vending machines were not working and light over table in our room would not turn in.

A wonderful weekend away

I would definitely come back. The room was clean and cute the balcony with hot tub is a nice luxury. Staff were super nice and very attentive. Only complaint is that the shower drain drained very slowly.

The location and staff are great, but the room spa and fireplace were poorly designed- very noisy spa that’s hard to get in and out of and a fireplace that roasts you (only option). The restaurant has an amazing view and yummy food but is only open a few hours a day. They charge a resort fee but don’t tell you until checkout, so at least in my case, I didn’t get to use things like beach chairs and a fitness center.

Awesomely close to the Monarch Grove!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room is beautifully arranged, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was amazing as was room service from the same place later on in the evening. Plan to go back there again real soon.

Very disappointing. We were ask to leave the property before our scheduled check out. Allegation of playing music loud in the parking area. The person who ordered for the music to be turned down did not identify themselves. We feel we were treated unfairly and not provided any notice or warning. The music was not bothering anyone since it was in the parking garage. They would not provide a refund for the night we missed and said since it was prepaid through Expedia, we would have to ask Expedia for the refund. It was a nice property but we would never patronize this facility or recommend it to anyone.

Excellent room very clean, great housekeepers. Front staff very helpful. Hotel provides folding beach chairs and beach towels. Perfect location right on the beach, a five minute walk to pier. Free parking garage. We just loved this place.
