Hotel was nice, but bed not so good. Told front desk they sent someone to fix while we were at dinner. Not fixed and figured out there was plywood under mattress and it made cracking sounds when you moved around

Amazing from valet, check in to check out. This hotel is in the perfect location and the museum pieces are so interesting! Wish we had stayed longer.

Helpful staff and well-appointed rooms.

When we arrived at the hotel, the valet took our car and got us all settled. The staff were all exceptional. The concierge was lovely and booked us into a few great restaurants and helped us navigate what we wanted to see. The rooms are large. The hotel is listed as 4 star and I would say it is an elevated 4 star. A bit of updating and it would easily be a 5 star. Great location. Walkable everywhere. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a great stay!

Personal service was exceptional

Property is a delight and the staff are wonderful. The bar/restaurant is excellent…we normally eat outside a hotel …didn’t need to this time.

As frequent travelers, I can truly say that this was a memorable experience. Quebec city is charming, clean, culturally fascinating, and extremely welcoming. It was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend the Saint Antoine. Staff restaurants and accommodations are first class. Without a doubt, we will be back

Nice and convenient

This was a luxury boutique hotel, but the staff were so personable and treated us like royalty. Loved our stay there and didn't want to leave! A couple of the employees deserve mention, Simon, who worked in the bar/restaurant was so courteous and such a gentleman. So friendly and a great sense of humor! Emily and Alissa, the all time two most beautiful and sweet sisters! I would love to adopt them both! They were funny, always so attentive! I can't say enough nice things about them. Consider them friends, not just being good employees! The rooms were perfect! Comfortable and so beautifully appointed!

A bit pricy but very good

Beautiful room and a great location

Simply the best service we have ever experienced. The staff was wonderful & very much went above & beyond over and over. The area is beyond charming and Quebec City overall is amazing. The room itself was a bit small for our liking, but the patio was lovely with amazing views of the river.

My wife’s doctor recommended the ASA highly, and indeed I wouldn’t be surprised if many of the other guests we saw were medical doctors. Our room was their smallest, basically an upscale motel room for close to USD 500 the night (in July) with breakfast available at USD 25+ extra per pax, so there’s no way to spin it as good value-for-money. But it still had what we needed: space to lay out a big suitcase, a sofa to read on, a roomy bathroom with a nice shower, perfectly adjustable air conditioning, and everything nice — no cheap materials. So, if it didn’t have the grace of a suite, it definitely beat a cramped room. Excellent location for tourists! The hotel’s small bar-restaurant, Artefact, was also a high point. Having to chase after drinking water for the room wasn’t, and that’s an easy win if the hotel wants to pursue it. Overall, we can recommend it if you can get a better deal on the type of room you want.

Property was close to restaurants and shops within a comfortable walking distance.

Prime location, great cleaning service, beautiful room with details like a Nespresso coffee machine and several varieties of pods to choose from, large walk-in shower and tub, built in floss dispenser, and plenty of closet space for baggage.

Good but not exceptional given the price. Staff was very good. Kitchen and breakfast were excellent, the bar's offering decidedly over priced. The room was clean, but smallish. The local offers some interesting walks, but a grocery store is a long hike.

Beautiful well appointed hotel with all of the comforts of a European top notch resort

The staff and service were wonderful. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We felt very well taken care of. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast (a little pricey but the food was great, and the convenience was worth it!). I would love to come back and stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine again!
