Thankfully I had a room that was clean but a little outdated with the television and testy but overall I was ok at least I felt safe

It was old,run down and it looks like it. In kind of a bad area, no breakfast options. We stayed there because they were pet friendly.

Garbage

Having to pay fees checking in is not fun. Smelled horrible in the room and in the hallways. Broken down cars and homeless around. Glad I only needed it for a night.

This place was terrible, as soon as we arrived I wanted to leave, but we had already paid. It was in a very sketchy part of town, We checked in and went to park the car and a women staying there had her room window opened and setting in the window smoking. We had a room up stairs, no elevators, it was so hot, thankfully the air worked when we turned it on. It was very noisy all night with people running in and out, at one point I thought someone was trying to break into our room, but it was a little kid danging on the door!!!!! We seen mice outside trying to get in the building!!!!!! if you are thinking of staying here I would find another place on the other side of the interstate!!!!!!

The property is ok. Its not the worst. The location is good. The hotel claims to be non-smoking but there were people smoking in their rooms and seeping to hallways. The toilet was running the whole time we were there. Not a big deal but hearing it all the time was bothersome. Also the mattress had a caved in spot that we would sink into while sleeping. Not very comfortable. Not the best but I'm sure not the worst.

At first I thought this hotel might be doable. It’s in a rough part of town. Homeless people across the street that you pass on the way in. The rooms are old with an ok attempted remodel. As the night went on we felt less safe at this motel. In the morning I asked for a refund and we went to a different motel. I still have not received my refund and am not happy about that either.

Not awful - fairly good value.Cell access is poor with people loitering outside of rooms to make calls.

Clean basic friendly

The pool was filthy and closed. We only wanted a pool after travelling in Texas heat. Homeless people everywhere. Blood on the walls. Terrible

Toilet in room was not working and there were several homeless people sleeping outside of hotel when we arrived. Do not recommend.

Check into the room and the front office smelled so bad. Get to my room the window was cracked open so I had to shut that and lock it now the room is all hot because the air conditioner was also turned off. This is in Texas. it’s 100° out. so then I put my clothes in there put all my stuff in the fridge. Raider come back later after a funeral and open the refrigerator and it just starts pouring out water air conditioner never cooled down. Then to top it off, they didn’t have the room I wanted I had to move to a different kind of room . The beds were uncomfortable and stunk. And then to top it all off it said it had Continental breakfast. They had nothing zero the guy barely even spoke English when I asked him. This hotel is the biggest I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was nice and clean. Everything was good.

The rooms are nice, the AC unit needs to be updated but there’s no elevator so this was very inconvenient! The neighborhood is a little sketchy however there is a Waffle House across the street! The attendant mumbled and I could barely understand him! I would most likely not return!

One star property in ugly area

The big plus was dogs are allowed without a fee. I asked for a first, floor corner room because of the dogs, but had to settle for second floor inside. There were no doggie bags or a trash can by the grass to place the bags in, so there was poop everywhere . I brought my own bags. The people above us made lots of noise until about 2 am. The ac wasn’t great and it was one that wouldn’t stay on. Kept shutting off so it would get a little warm in there.

Pool needed big-time clean up. Cigarette butts and bottle caps on pool. Air filters in AC were very dirty ( we washed them out). This helped the AC work better.

Waited at the front desk for a long time before being waited on. Could not connect to wifi after many tries.

Room was fine but the bathroom needs to be addressed. Bubbles on the wall under the wallpaper and dirt

the perfect stay

People there were nice and room was for the most part clean. Not a lot of parking available and always had trouble with the door handle to get into our room.

My stay started by the homeless trying to approach me as soon as i pulled up in the parking lot to check in, they never spoke to me but the front desk worker was very aware of this and said it happens all the time and they watch them all day. I want to throw in that the front desk worker was very nice and made sure to keep a watch on the people via cameras immediately. I paid for two nights but ended up only staying one just because i didnt feel safe from the get go. Use caution if your staying here because it is a group of men that post up across the street and waits for anyone that pulls up. And if you get a room on the inside part of the hotel they will be constantly asking you to let them inside the building. Also very loud at night because its right off the interstate. This place had alot of good reviews thats why i chose it.

The staff was great excellent the property was very clean it had flowers around the property that were beautiful and the grass was and everybody was just perfect it was a perfect solution for us we had two rooms and could have been happier it was priced correctly thank everybody involved for us

The TV never worked, the bathroom sink drained slow, the lobby was disheveled, and something was going on at night that felt like a car was ramming the building! I don’t know what was going on, but it literally made the whole building shake! It was bizarre to say the least. Neighborhood not so great. Don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Check in was at 2pm, but our room wasn't ready so we were told to come back at 2:30pm,then had to wait until 2:45 before we were allowed in. There is no elevator, so we climbed the stairs to the 3rd floor with our luggage instead. Once in the room, the door had 1 lock and we had to force the door to close because it didn't close easily. The towels that were left for us were damp already which was gross, and we found a random roach on the wall above the bed. We ended up not feeling comfortable or safe staying here, and we left the hotel at 2am to find other accommodations nearby.
