We had to evacuate because of the Hurricane. We do have a dog and they welcomed pets. I was please to see it was a good hotel with very kind employees.

Every time I go to Kissimmee, I stay here. It’s the best place I ever stayed at would recommend it to everybody.

A great stay, as always! We never stay anywhere else on our trips to Kissimmee.

Room was filthy. Very out dated. Family did not feel safe in this area.

During my entire stay there was no hot water in the room, at reception they informed me that there was no hot water.

Clean and very comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Close to a Walmart and 24/7 cvs. Close to Disney parks. Crackerbarrel close by also. Only downside is that property is dated… had stayed previously and it was a complete nightmare! The door was busted and the room was beyond disgusting! Didn’t realize this was the same hotel but they have cleaned it up a bit… hopefully, they cleaned up all the rooms on the property or at least not renting those out anymore. This stay was 100% better and we May return again if needed.

Hotel is a little old, but it is very pretty love the area where the pool is with the pool table and the chess on the floor. The rooms are a little old. You can’t close the door of the bathroom very well, But I did have a good stay. Those are little things that really don’t matter. There was no noise. Everybody was very friendly and the restaurant was awesome.

this is our second time staying here, the first time was also questionable but nothing i didn't mind looking past for the price of the hotel. but this time it was just a lot of gross. the door to the outside balcony must've not been secure & the carpeted hallway was flooded all the way to our room. the tiles seemed loose in our room & when we stepped on them water came up from the flooding. also the ac leaked water & dropped ice, the room was insanely humid like we might as well have been outside. clothes we didn't even wear yet were damp from being in the room. we noticed one of the pillows had black spots on it, possibly mold. the last time we stayed here our issue was we asked housekeeping everyday for a week to change our bedding because our baby threw up on it & they never did til our last day there. also the water when turned to warm is insane like hotter than boiling. scalding. also speaking of housekeeping, they don't knock or respect the do not disturb sign they just unlock & try to come in. we had the deadbolt on though so thankfully they didn't get to walk in on us.

We definitely had an updated room since our last trip two weeks ago. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, seemed to have enough outlets for charging. Our trip two weeks ago was a different story. Very hit or miss on room quality. The bar was open for food after a long day at the parks. Food was fresh, plentiful and fast.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Only bad thing is their wifi is horrible. Like non existent in room 110.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ramada.everything was great clean and organized ❤️

Property is ok rooms are out dated dinning in hotel is limited they nicle and dime with fees for everything . They charge you a resort fee but have no resort.items. not to far parks

Pet fee should be the same in the paper you sign and what they tell you by mouth.

This hotel is so close to Disney without being a Disney hotel its magic. 15 min drive to any of the main Disney Parks makes it a great hub. The Hotel itself is a bit tired, but with 2 pools and amply parking the facilities are perfect for a family. We had a maintenance issue, but it was fixed within 20 minutes and the staff were great. Try the in-hotel cafe as the pizza was great, big and much better than the named chains nearby.

We stayed in a motel-style room during our Disney World vacation. Although we would have preferred a hotel room, the price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The rooms could use a slight upgrade, however this didn’t bother us since we stayed here for a very low price. Our only complaint was that the water temperature for the shower never went as hot as I wanted it to. We will be staying here again!

You get what you pay for, staff was nice and the rooms were basic but clean and nice for a stay just to sleep, seems like they are trying very hard with the amenities and also very close to Disney parks, it was 5 minutes from animal kingdom which was nice.
