We really enjoyed the entire property. All areas are great. My kids loved the amenities next to the pool area, for that reason A+++ for all the staff at the pool bar for their good attention and professionalism. The food was fantastic and the room couldn't have been better. We also want to thank the staff who was in charge of cleaning our room during our stay. Big Thank you to every staff of the hotel.

No comments at this time, everything in our opinion was fantastic, nothing negative, it's no time to start thinking in negative things while enjoying all the good things there are. Thank you very much once again for all the Hotel staff.

The pools excellent with the slides,my son loved it same as me. The food and drinks by the pools really good as well.The room was very clean and quite at night,and it was nice too.It was my son's birthday and at last minute i had asked if i can order a cake and they helped me out and delivered a cake to my room and was a surprise for my kid which i really appreciate.The hotel is super beautiful .U dont have to leave the place for nothing.Variety of foods,nice sports bar (my son loved the pasta there).I went 3 times to the Hickory stake house rest!

Breakfast was great but it was expensive for a breakfast glad was not feeding a family of 4 or 5

Estuve hospedándose en un piso 3015 y en el piso de arriba de mi 4015 tenían una construcion se escuchaba tan fuerte los taladros martillando cantazos en fin no pudimos descansar como queríamos, el personar nunca nos aviso de dicha construcción arriba de mi habitación fue una estadía muy incomodo como para gastar más de $2,000 dólares muy decepciónado

The room was fine, except the location of the balcony didn't give us as nice a view. The pool area was fantastic, the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel/resort.

I would have liked a better view from the room.

The shower doesn’t work properly and the self parking is 38 daily ,I think is to much when you have to walk and parking by yourself.

לצערנו המלון לא דואג לפרסם על תאריכים שמתקני המלון או מסעדות לא פתוחים משהו שיוצר טעם נפגע למי שחוזר לחופשה במלון הזה מספר פעמים בגלל אותם מתקנים או מסעדות.

The room I chose was a Garden view and that was an additional cost to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my Husband of 42 years.

Love the waterpark and ease for bar and food while poolside.

I didn't like how at the pool you must have "priority/reserved seating" to put in a drink or food order with the server that goes around. If the servers served anyone sitting out on the sun chairs, they we would be making a heck of a lot more profit. I for one would have bought way more food and drinks if i was having it delivered to me.

Beautiful and clean

No one to help us when we pulled up. Asked for extra blanket and didn’t come on the first night. Asked again on second and It was brought. Room was loud at night and in morning as it was adjacent to the atrium.

This is like a paradise, for me and my family this is the Top place to stay in Orlando

I liked the facility. Very beautiful and secluded with private shops and eatery along with the waterpark.

I didn't like the rooms, very outdated, fan was old, TV's were small and mattress was uncomfortable. I stayed a better places for less prices.

The grounds are kept immaculately and has animal life exhibits! There were more restaurant options than most resorts. There also was a calm 'South Beach" pool area for relaxation. The water park is included in your stay which was awesome.

This is a beautiful hotel w lots to do. The Old Hickory restaurant is over-rated. The very expensive steak tasted like liver. The water park was nice...just want to warn all that the "lazy" river is actually a mean rapid river...it will take you and separate you from large or small kids...we were rescued from it and never returned. The light show needs more advertising...it started and ended before we could see most of it.

For the price you pay for this hotel, your room was basic. No amenities. Not family oriented, not a lot to do. Your basically paying for look of the property not the quality

More amenities in the room at least a microwave and bigger fridge, a breakfast that was included in your stay

Bags showing up an 1.5 later. Trouble paying the bill for the food after we would eat. Waiter at the steakhouse was not attentive! Overall the staff didn't meet up to a 4 star hotel.
