The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and simple. The only two issues was the toilet started to not want to flush towards the end of the night and the signal went out on the TV in the middle of a movie. It came back on the next day before checkout. Other than that everything was fine

You get what you pay for. It was not exceptionally clean but I didn't feel gross being in there. It is certainly dated and kept operating but there was water stains around the sink and the floors were certainly not clean (I never walk barefoot in hotel rooms anyway so not the worst thing). There was hair in the tub still which leads me to believe its not thoroughly cleaned. The white sheets and towels did have stains on them (not all, just some). At the end of the day, if I was doing more than just sleeping here I would pay for something better. But for a 2 day trip where I just needed a place to sleep. Iv certainly seen worse. The above were the negatives, the cleaning lady and check in lady were super nice, friendly, and helpful. If I needed a place to stay on a budget I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again.

For starters the beds are not queens. They are xl twins. The mattress is so old and sinks so far in the middle. Not sure what was going on in the tub but not clean and disqusting. We prepaid online before arriving or would of left. But for whatever reason even though we prepaid he demanded my credit card and made 3 copies of it. If i get some crazy charge i will be there in person pissed off and i can assure you he does not want that. Office smells lime curry and disease. Stay away.

was very convenient to where we needed stayed the night before all good, this time had a bad shower, didnt find out tell ready for bed. desk lady new about the problem but gave us that room anyway. have been working all day, needed a shower.

The place needs a re-model. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned out and disinfected - has a moldy smell.

Honestly the only good things about this property was the WiFi and location. The room conditions were disappointing and the bed was about as comfortable as the floor.

We were forced offf the property not even 2 minutes after we left our room and they made us carry 2 weeks

The first room I was given was 125, i found huge ants crawling in the shower and the floor near the bed. I killed some of them but no way I was staying in the room. The front desk person gave me a different room, 130 this time and I checked for ants. No ants but the room needs more cleaning. There's paint flaking off the ceiling, door/walls/baseboards look grimy. It was so late already I didnt want to look for another hotel. Good thing I brought my own blanket and sleeping bag, wasnt sure if the linens would be clean. The dresser drawers still has someones long curly hair strands. Front desk person said the property is sprayed for ants every month but the ants show up after heavy rains. She said no one else has complained about ants. I don't see how anyone wouldve missed these ants, they were huge.

Left at 6:30 am to go on a tour to swim with the manatees to come back at 10 am to shower AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK OUT only to find a maid in our room cleaning it. Their reasoning? We didn’t tell them we were only going for a few hours so they assumed we left. They expect their guest to let them know any time they leave the room. Ha! Not. The owner was the 3rd person we tried to speak to and his reaction was an eye roll and an “oh well!” Never ever again. Not to mention, the beds were awful and the room smelled muggy. I’ve never left a review and we travel between 5-8x a year. That’s how upset I am.

It was the cheapest I could find so I do not expect perfection. The lady at the desk was fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful. The towels were stained but what do you expect with white towels. Change it up. I never understood white sheets and towels. There was rust in the sink or maybe it was a rusty color mold, not sure. I was not going to touch it. The sink had a constant drip. There were a few places in the shower on the wall that need repair. Like I said before, I do not expect perfection. I got exactly what I needed which was a good night sleep!

Clean and air is cold, great location, would definitely come back

We didn't even stay the night. Walked into the room after check-in with not so friendly front desk staff member. Worrisome that we couldn't see what was happening with ID or credit card due to staff member walking away for long period of time and being outside at window waiting. Room was dirty! There were crumbs from the previous guest on the table (looked like Takis or Doritos). There were holes in the sheet and hair on the bedding. A cockroach crawled out of the fridge when opened. It smelled strange and the floor were not swept. Never seen a worse hotel room. Waiting on a refund. We left minutes after checking in and had to stay elsewhere.

Very dated. Dirty sheets, a/c sounder like a freight train. Bugs. Wifi was decent.

I called ahead to see if there was boat parking. I was told yes, on the grass and 11 trailers were on the property that moment. Such a lie. Once we got our boat parked, we were asked to move it because the truck took a parking spot. We took our entire rig over to Days Inn where it was well lit and safe with plenty of space. I bet it barely accommodates 5 boat trailers at night. Our son found plenty of hairs on his bed. We were told it was updated. Yes, the furniture & floor was, but bathroom was ancient. There was a huge gap under our front door for lizards and small snakes. Our other son's room had no AC. The continental breakfast is a joke. I paid Expedia for 3 nights on one room and 2 nights on another room. We left after the 2nd night. No refund on the room (my bad) for the 3rd night. We will NEVER stay here again nor recommend it to ANYONE. And, we will never book through Expedia again either. Basically no discount and we were stuck paying for a crappy room.

great place for the money. Secure area with simple accommodations and a pool.

Clean room, fridge, micro and decent tv. Exactly what I needed. No problems. All of the usual stores and restaurants in town.

Arrived super late and the staff were very helpful. Beds were very comfy. Didn’t expect a fridge, microwave, or hair dryer but we had all 3! Shower was outdated but worked great. Tiny little bugs on the counter in the bathroom but that’s typical Florida. They didn’t bother us. We were in a non-smoking room and unlike other hotels we didn’t smell ANY smoke which was great. The newly renovated floors were nice which probably kept the smell down. Great hotel for the price.

room was large and clean, check in efficient. Close to Vicksburg historical military site.

Was old and very dated,but we expected that. Having our children with us made it a little hard as we were scared to let the baby down on the floor or run around thinking of what he was touching. He stayed in the portable crib we brought. Better for someone with no kids or bigger kids. It was nice and quiet that was a plus best for budget one night rest stop.
