Second time my booking is canceled. First time, I had booked a 1 king bedroom and was told my toddler is considered an adult therefore we would need a room with 2 beds. The lady was rude and unhelpful. Second time, we were delayed in traffic for 5 hours. What should have been a 5 hour drive turned into 12. I called in regards to 2 booked rooms at 10:30 PM check-in day to notify the hotel staff we were delayed. Whomever I spoke with on shift notified me that as long as we check-in before 11 AM the following day our reservation would not be canceled. Dealt with the same lady as the first time amd yet again to only be told since we did not check-in by midnight our rooms were canceled. Had to find new hotel after being up for 24 hours.

Decent bed. Clean shower. Aside from the odd amounts of rolliepollies and the desk chick on the first night, it was okay. Not for the price though.

It was right what we needed for our short stay. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping, it was pretty clean and the bed was really nice and comfortable. One thing I’m not used to is having the bed made every other day.

Large refurbished motel rooms, very clean and comfortable. Great location. However it was all let down by poor customer service at reception…my flight was delayed, I already checked in online, but sleepy receptionist finally came out after 15 mins of ringing bell. She took a while to find reservation, was rude, made me pre authorize another credit card and literally threw my id and key card on the counter, told me not to come back to reception tomorrow to leave the key in the room, then yawned in my face and turned her back.

The property was has a clean parking lot. As we entered the room it appeared to be clean... but not really. Pulled back the sheets and hair and crumbs were in the bed. Strans of hair was on the floor in the bathroom area. The ironing board and the iron was not in working condition. They say the have a continial breakfast.... that was not the case at all. All they had was bluberry muffins coffee with only coffe. No sugir for the coffee and did the have a stir stick or a spoon the clerk was no concern... just kept saying that's all we have just "Grab and Go" ... to yell the truth there was nothing to grab. The clerk was not friendly at all.. will not be staying her again.

You get what you pay for. It wasn't horrible . Wasn't the cleanest, could have been cleaner. Towels were stained. The flat Sheets had stains. The door lock didn’t lock all the way. Gap at the bottom of the door.

Miss not having a Keurig. But room was nice and staff was on top of everything. I keep going back when in Downey.

The room its self was clean and very roomy and nice size king bed. But i had a terrible night i checked in after 7ish and around 10pm there were banging noise. I was already in bed by the way i am an amputee I did not want to get up and go downstairs to complain not only because its a process for me...but also because place is a little skitchy and dark so i called but no answer. So i finally fall aleep just to be awaken at 6am to loud jumping yelling and loud laughing. Also Advertise that they have breakfast included which is great and only reason i booked with them. Go to the breakfast place and they only had cold/old coffee no sugar avail asked for some they did not have sugar...also they only had old muffin nothing else not even juice. The area is very noisey you can hear all the traffic noise tthe walls are thin you can here everything. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you are able to mentally block all the noise. I called expedia to complain and expedia called the office and the agent was hung up and said the background was loud.

The room was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. The options for breakfast was awful, muffins and coffee is NOT breakfast. One staff was just down right rude and made us feel like we were always bothering her

First off general manager is terrible and unhelpful. Extremely poor representation of what someone in charge should be doing. Ask for towels late cause we were out on the town all day and basically told have to get it from a maid during the day We find out second night in there is bed bugs go to complain and check out They donr care offer to move rooms which is only going to make things worst I had to get my family out of there only offered to cancel our third night no care no im sorry or even wanted to check the room out. End up no where to stay and do 90 dollars worth of laundry at a laundromat and throw out 3 suit cases to be safe. Ruined our week vacation after buying season tickets to knotts spent my day doing laundry and not having a good family vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON.

The woman at the desk refused to give us more wash clothes. I assume she was using them finish dying her hair.

The hotel is located just walkable to Stonewood Center, Macy’s is your good place to shopping around. Room is clean and spacious, all is fine but only breakfast is so simple to nothing!
