It was only a one night stay. We’ve stayed before. Breakfast is good. Only drawback, no elevator which is a must for us. The hotel was able to accommodate us by giving us a ground floor room, close to parking. It was very nice. Two front desk clerks, very polite.

on our way to the property we were involved in a multicar accident on I 10.I called The property and they agreed to cancel my reservation but asked me to inform Hotels.com once i did this the property flat refused to cancel my reservation. They couldnt have cared less about what took place and as far as they were concerned this was not their problem.

the crib provided was dirty though it was free but i suggest that you just bring your own. one of the beds blanket was dirty, fridge was super old and not working. the toilet was clogged and when we called for maintenance, said that there was no maintenance and they left a plunger outside the room so we can do it ourselves. We only stayed for a night and not planning on staying there again if we ever go back to visit Arizona. staff was great though

Old. Outlets loose, lights dimmed with hair dryer. Same breakfast daily. Eggs not cooked enough. Room service even though we didn't want it

This hotel is in a quiet area with great outdoors and a rural view. While it's pretty close to I-40 and Williams downtown, it gives a great sense of connection with nature. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the Grand Canyon area. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is awesome. I highly recommend it!

Stayed here after a long hike at Grand Canyon. Clean, comfotable room, good shower, decent basic breakfast, nice pool with views and long enough for lap seim, nice jakuzi. 5mins away from downtown Williams, Route 66. Great place to stay when visiting Grand Canyon. Nice staff too!

Great hotel with a price that's worth the stay. Staff was very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

First time in an Inn. We avoid Inn and most likely will continue to do so unless there is no other option. Willing to pay a little more for comfort. I appreciate the free breakfast but it was a bit underwhelming. Safety is a concern as anyone can walk into the property.
You don’t need a card to roam around.

Great breakfast. Pool & spa seemed a bit unkept, spa was not very warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel for our time at the Grand Canyon.

Staff was friendly aside from that.. shower would not drain there was paper towels on corner of curtain bases towards roof there was a dirty wash towel hanging on the shower curtain rod window unit had a bad smell room needs attention probably won’t stay again.

There are not enough lights outside and was difficult to find the way to the hotel entrance from the highway.

The name says it all, quality! Everything from check in to check out wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was and comfortable. Best of all was their breakfast and dining area. They offered a wide variety of food including Cold cereal waffles and biscuits and gravy. There was a wonderful lady walking around wiping down tables and cleaning the entire area constantly. I have never seen such detail to funding this in a hotel with a free breakfast. Usually they are white messy. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

We tried to check in 2 hours early and was told the check in system had gone down and they didn’t have any rooms on the bottom floor and I said that was fine we can climb stairs then was told to come back in an hour they were still cleaning rooms. We sat outside and there was no one cleaning rooms. The rooms were all clean the clerk just didn’t want to check us in. I’ve never been told come back in an hour and I came back 45 minutes later and he said I still needed to wait another 15 minutes. Not very good customer service. The beds were hard. The fruit was rotten for the continental breakfast

I prepaid for the stay in advance. When I checked in I was told that everything was paid. A couple days later there was an additional charge on my card. When I contacted the hotel they stated there were additional taxes and fees and they automatically bill the card on file. The whole of paying in advance is no additional charges and if there were additional charges they should have stated when I checked in and not saying that it was all paid and billing you after you’re gone.

Upon entering the property, there were cardboard boxes laying out in the parking lot. They were still there the next day when we left.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found crumbs of food around the baseboards of the bed. I discovered my dog, licking something on the baseboard of the bed, and I got down on my hands and knees with the flashlight and could see it was some kind of food like barbecue sauce or catchup that had hardened. It was also on the skirting of the bed. I slept on.
When we had breakfast, I asked the staff if they had plastic knives so we could cut our waffles with, and I was directed to look underneath the cabinet below the waffle maker. That should have been taken care of by the staff. There were no plastic knives.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, enough hot water, good shower, loved the breakfast, pool was not open but looked good.

Nice comfortable room. Air con was a bit noisy and shower wasn’t the best. But overall good value. Would stay here again.

The mattress is very low quality. Missing grout in the bathroom floor. Blood or poop on the wall in the bathroom. AC unit was super loud. Breakfast area was cramped, people on top of people trying to get around people sitting at tables to eat. Will not be staying there again when going to Williams.
