Not what I'm used to at a Hampton. Room was very small, though clean. The ridiculously short toilet made me feel like I was using the bathroom at a grade school.
Not the comfortable room the name Hampton means to me.

The staff are friendly. When we arrived and checked in, I was told that they would have to let us into our room because they couldn't make any keys at that time. Then they were able to get one made while we were still at the front desk. We really needed two keys but that never happened. But, the motel was clean and nice.

The staff was extremely friendly welcoming everyone as they walked in. Very helpful and accommodating. The morning staff were super sweet and accommodating. Although one staff member continued to vape right outside the doors in which we thought was inappropriate for a staff member to do. The swimming pool was to cold to swim in. we might I of been attempted to swim but the hot tub was also cold. The main reason why we chooses this hotel over others is because of the hot tub. The other local hotels did not have one. This was a big disappointment to our stay. The outdoor seating is nice and cozy but we could not hear each other with the highway noise. We come to this area to visit family and use the hotel to meet with family members. The outdoor seating was another reason we choose this hotel and was disappointed we we are unable to use it because of the highway noise.
If the hot tub is fixed and they move the outdoor area we may choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable. Lots of table space to spread out luggage. Shower is large. Good breakfast and a pleasant dining area in the lobby.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed, all you need for a good night of sleep. Air conditioning was quiet in our room. Staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. Loved the receptionist! Cracker Barrel is two min walking distance.

We got there they didnt tell us stuff was out of order until after we paid. The sheets on the bed smelled like they were not cleaned they smelled like smoke and body oder, there was mold in the corner of our shower, it was very noisy we could here people coming in and out of the door all night long and yes they can control how fast the outside door closes. They also told us there is free wifi once we got to our room and tried to log in it wanted us to pay. So wifi was not free. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable. Checkin took awhile because they were getting used to a new system and couldn’t get my credit card to enter. Pet fee was $50…ouch! And very close to interstate so if traffic noise bothers you, wouldn’t recommend. Pet fee would be the only thing to prevent us from staying again. Overall very happy with it.

The front desk staff was some of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Both the night attendant as well as the morning staff when we checked out. SO sweet!

we had problems with check in on Friday nite. our confirmation number had been given to another guest. After some extended calls to Hotels.com and the assistant property manager we wear able to work things out.
I do want to point out that the assistant property manager was not initially open to help with the situation. She seemed intent on turning us away because we did not have the confirmation number.
It wasn't until after our insistence was she able to help.
Another complicating factor was that the hotels confirmation number was not on my trip confirmation email. Usually the hotle confirmation number appears on that email,

This is a good property to stay at. They have a pool and a hot tub that I looked forward to in every hotels. It's a short distance drive to food and other things.

I was checked in by a friendly clerk who said "if for any reason you find a reason to change rooms let me know". The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast, while it was the usual Hampton menu, was good and the eating area exceptionally clean. In the AM, there were tons of workers going about their jobs very professionally. This place knows how to hire good employees and it shows!

Staff was great, breakfast was good. The pool was TINY and the beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were weirdly small too. There isn't much in the area around either aside from a McDonald's and another fast food place that randomly closed early on a Saturday night.

This place is great. Good check in experience. So clean, so fresh, so nice, so comfortable. The only complaint is the pillows. One was lumpy, one was too flat, need a just right pillow. I would totally recommend staying here.
